Amazing shop, very helpful owners! We went in after taking in a gecko, and they were incredibly helpful. We went through the set-up we inherited, and they gave us loads of advice and instruction to give our gecko the best care. They had everything we needed in store so we could get him settled in right away. Big thank you to the team!
I recently revisited this establishment and remain highly impressed. My children thoroughly enjoy observing the reptiles and appreciate their well-maintained habitats. The owners consistently provide friendly and helpful service, and I have included updated photographs. The pricing is competitive, and the views are enjoyable for both adults and children. As previously reviewed, the premises continue to be exceptionally clean and welcoming. I revisited the shop yesterday and was again impressed by its cleanliness. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, making this an excellent place to make purchases.

The shop owner is very nice and helpful. Have large variety of reptiles products and accessories. Unluckily that it is in redecorating/renovation, some reptiles haven't been showed at the shop but still have different kinds of reptiles, amphibians and bugs there.
I can't rate the couple in this shop enough. I bought my first ever Jumping Spider from them recently and I couldn't be happier with her. They gave me all the information I needed on care and the habitat and if I need any more help come anytime. They both genuinely care about their store and the inhabitants within and it shows. It's clean, the tanks are well cared for and the animals look happy. My son wants to get his own spider one day and I will be coming back here for sure, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
My husband and daughter visited today and said that the owner was Super helpful and knowledgeable, Lee certainly knows his stuff and having checked online he is very well priced. Couldn’t recommend more.
Selling infected snakes and refusing to accept it back or take any responsibility over it. Spoke to a vet, apparently very common with bad distributors. Should not normally happen when pets are property housed and taken care of. I personally a lot of experience with exotic pets but never have I ever experience such an awful attitude from the store, the owner just hanged up on me. I am very worried about the well-being of the snake and also all the pets sold in the store. So please I strongly advise you to by pets from any other place possible!
Amazing store and people. My first impression walking into the store was wow they really care and love all the reptiles, arachnids, and amphibians that they have within the store. The enclosures they are kept in are beautiful and well looked after aswell as the store itself. I am really happy I was able to get my first 2 pet frogs (Froakie and Loki) from this store. They answered all my questions and took the time to help me understand everything they were saying so I could provide the best and correct care for my frogs. They also took the time to help me set up my tank with my drainage layer, tree wood and vine leaves, the frogs were secured perfeclty making the jouney home less of an anxious time. Both frogs have settled in well and whenever I go in to buy food they always ask how I'm getting on as well as how both frogs are doing and if they are moving around, eating well, etc. Overall both husband and wife are extremely lovely people and i am very grateful I was able to use the store to get my frogs and equipment.
As a brand new reptile owner I have taken the time to visit as many shops locally as I can and have found Jurassic World to be undeniably great. From the shop layout, to customer service and animal welfare I have been so impressed I've opted to start my reptile journey here and have got full 4ft viv, set up and beardie and couldn't be happier. Can't thank Lee enough for his help, knowledge and passion. Bobby D is settling in great! Love him so much.
