   Please note this is not in Romford anymore, they have moved to Hunters Chase Garden centre, CM13 1SN, it's lovely there and plenty of parking with a nice cafe and plenty of other stores

   I live in Spain, and have real problems trying to source fish and items for my large tank (600 litres). However last summer (2024) i popped over to the UK and visited Wetpets ( been out of the country for 19years.) Got all the help and advice needed from helpful and patient staff. Very polite and spent ages helping me.

   We love this shop as the owner is friendly and always full of good advice. My daughter bought a miniature frog and 3 guppies, very reasonably priced. There are lots of parking facilities at the rear of the shop.

   First time axolotl owner, was given loads of advice and bought the entire set up with them to make the water safe for the axolotl and food etc. On collection, she was put in a big bag, in a huge polystyrene box and other air bags to stop her from moving to make the journey comfortable for her which was very helpful. She’s home, eating and swimming about. Very happy. Thank you guys x!x

   Been using Wet pets for many years, have always found the services to be good and the knowledge even better. I have read all the review below and having brought lots of fish, plants and equipment from them, i have never received anything but a warm welcome and sound advise. All the fish (and that's lots) i have gotten from them over the years have always been healthy and happy. Whenever i have lose a fish, it is normally down to my own error (a snack for my angel fish) or to water quality (Ammonia or Nitrite spikes).
