I would like to thank all the staff at Natuzzi Cardiff Gate especially Liz who helped me with purchasing two sofas. Her knowledge and understanding of my needs was exceptional, she never once put pressure on me to make a purchase, she understood the importance of making the right decision. I made four visits to the store before making a purchase and each time the staff were all helpful. I emailed Liz a number of times and each time she replied very quickly and supported me throughout the process. Natuzzi should be very proud to have such excellent staff. A huge thank you to Liz and I will definately return to store for future purchases.
Lovely welcoming and relaxed feel to the store, and superb customer service from the staff. The furniture is stylish, and there is a good range of it on display - we were able to find exactly the sofas we wanted. Flick was terrific - she knows the product lines inside out, and we were able to make very well informed choices about the materials etc. She is a force of nature. The sofas were delivered today and we are delighted with them. The delivery guys were great - calling us to let us know they were leaving the warehouse, careful with bringing the sofas into the house, and polite and chatty whilst they were delivering. Communications were great from Natuzzi at all stages. Great company to do business with and lovely products.
Cardiff Gate Showroom Welcomed in store by Flick, listened to our requirements and walked us around the store showing and demoing all available options. Once narrowed our choices down went through all configuration options and materials. Flick quickly drew up the quote and was happy us returning a number of times before and after placing the order. The order arrived quickly and the expert delivery guys Andrew & Neil unloaded, go the sofa to the second floor of our town house, installed and cleared up in under 45mins amazing service.
