Nothing was too much trouble for Selina at the Cardiff store. Pleasant, welcoming and a pleasure to do business with.
I previously wrote a glowing review based on the sales experience but I am unfortunately retracting it due to the absolutely abysmal wait times on our new sofa. We ordered the sofa in December, expecting a delivery of March. As of June we still have no sofa and no date confirmed. We have had to continuously chase for updates with no proactive updates from the business and no real clarity on what has caused the delay. We also had to suggest waiving the £125 delivery fee as a gesture given that we’d had to wait so long; thankfully they agreed to this. However, 7 months turnaround for a sofa is unbelievable. We had a baby in December and our living room is essentially unusable as we sold our old sofa in March to make way for the new one. So disappointing all around.
Excellent service when selecting sofa. Regan was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand our needs, patiently answered our questions both face to face and via email and there was no sense of feeling pressured by sales techniques.
Very helpful staff member David ensured good knowledge of products was provided. David was professional, courteous and gave us time to make decisions taking into account room sizes etc. David remembered me from a year ago, and had kept in touch via email as requested to provide update information on the items of furniture which interested me. I did not feel pressured into making hasty purchases. David is an asset to the company and would recommend him and therefore the company to friends and relatives as great customer service was provided.
