We had a new kitchen designed by Jose Novoa at Colchester Avenue, we were very pleased with and liked his ideas, which were a little different to our initial ones. We were given a start date and a program of what would happen and when, the installation fitter contacted us a few days before explaining what would happen, Mike and his team were great, they were on hand when the kitchen was delivered and arranged it ready for installation. Everything went according to plan, everything fitted and the quality of the kitchen and the fitting was excellent. Over all we would thoroughly recommend Sigma 3, Hose and his colleagues and their fitting team. Everyone who has seen it is impressed and liked the Powder Blue colour, I can't understand why Sigma 3 have apparently discontinued it.

We had our Sigma 3 kitchen installed this summer at the tail end of a building project to extend our home. We absolutely love how it has turned out! Our kitchen designer was Dean Walton and he did a great job in advising us on both the practicalities and the design touches. Nothing was too much trouble as we discussed ideas and tweaked the design until it was just right, including a larder cupboard and banquette seating with storage. He helped us to choose the right appliances as well as ensuring we fitted in all the elements we needed to suit the way we live. Dean, Craig and Jamie at the Colchester Avenue, Cardiff branch were all fantastic in looking after us well and ensuring we had a great experience in choosing and completing our kitchen. Everyone we dealt with was lovely from our initial visit all the way through to the delivery drivers and fitters. We were so impressed we went back to them for our utility room too. We'd highly recommend Sigma 3 if you want the best service, a lovely product range and creative ideas. Thank you for making our dream kitchen a reality!

Been waiting for a replacement dishwasher door (original damaged due to Sigma’s bad kitchen fitting) for over 4 months. Despite agreeing to replace in Sept 2022 ®ular chasing, I have not heard anything. Avoid!

Joints in an £8000 kitchen blew. Was told that it was due to water ingress or heat, and that they take no responsibility for this. Waranty isnt worth the paper its written on. Amazing that their kitchens aren't built to take even a negligible amount of heat or water, two of the most common elements kitchens are in contact with on a daily basis. Genuinely not built for purpose. Avoid at all costs, because it will cost you a lot.

Before entering I said to me joolie 'walk in like we ****** own it, don't mention money'. Well, it worked, they were really helpful and gave us some ideas. Then we went to Ikea. Coz we ain't loaded. If you ARE loaded I can recommend sigma if only for the corian seamless worktops....lush (as us poor people say)

We had the kitchen designed by Alice Vaatstra at the Colchester Avenue branch and we were very impressed with the level of creativity and detail she put into the design work - We were sold from the moment she showed us the designs and decided straight away not to look anywhere else. Alice understood what we wanted to achieve from the space very quickly and added her own experience and flair to produce a design which we could use to plan the rest of the building work around. The quality of the kitchen and customer services throughout has been very good - very pleased we bought locally. I'm not even sure we paid much more than had we of gone to one of the large national kitchen places and bought a fair inferior kitchen - value for money was 10/10 and it was great that we could pay in 12 months with just a small redemption charge. Also, kitchen fitters were very impressed at the way the kitchen was packaged when it arrived and that Sigma was on hand to clarify any questions.
