    Absolutely no aftercare whatsoever. Shoddy finishes leaving snags that they refuse to fix. They ignore messages and are slightly menacing to elderly customers when they complain in person. They take your money and run. I would avoid at all costs.

    All was going well but when they came to the end of the three weeks they had planned for my kitchen they hastily rushed the final bits, packed up and left,. The toilet I paid £800 for was not fixed to the wall, the extractor was not piped to the outside and the electrical socket left hanging over the pipe where all the moisture was going to be extracted which was dangerous. There were gouges left out of my plaster and I had to go round and clean out all the cupboards myself. They rushed me to pay and then refused to come back saying they hadn't quoted for it and basically accused me of trying to rip them off. Wouldn't use them again.
