   Honestly would give 0 stars if I could. Advised that my monthly payments would start a month after delivery date and then all of a sudden I get an email not long after signing the contract saying the payment is coming out the same month as delivery and I said that’s not what it was meant to be and it was all arranged delivery August 1st, first payment 1st September so that direct debits set for the day I wanted and when money would be in the account. Finance company said someone from wren requested it early. Then delivery day comes today August 1st waited in all day lost a day of money and work, 2 and half hours late they turn up and the driver has refused to deliver it because he couldn’t drive his truck into the car park, when bigger Lorry’s have been in here with no issues both reversed and driven in, dropping off bigger and heavier materials than a kitchen and honestly I don’t know where he got his license too but honestly surprised he has one. They had a surveyor come out when measuring the kitchen who took photos of the delivery method and entry points to the car park etc, so there should be no excuses not to deliver it today. Now I don’t have a kitchen and it’s delayed all my further work in the house that was happening on the weekend and the kitchen was meant to be fitted on the weekend. Absolutely awful Experience and I haven’t even had the kitchen yet!

   When my father first bought the kitchen, the customer care was great but a few years later (still in warranty) the customer service has been awful. Incredibly difficult to deal with and resolutions offered have been entirely inadequate despite the initial problem reoccurring. Last call made with them ended with the customer service rep hanging up on my father. Shame when things were great at the start but I suppose once money has changed hands, the attitude changes.

   Great experience from start to finish. Had a home visit with the Wren van so could look at all the options in a quiet environment. Staff responded really quickly to any questions and nothing was too much trouble. Delivery was really straightforward. Had my own fitter and no issues there either. Really happy with the quality and finish!

   Popped in to store for an initial look around and all the staff (especially Shaun!) couldn’t have been more helpful. Kind, patient and honest. Although we’re a little way away from a new kitchen just yet, I would not hesitate to come here when we’re ready. Excellent customer service!

   We had a fantastic experience with Wren Kitchen from start to finish. Our advisor Beata was patient, open minded and listened to our needs. Even after changing the kitchen design for a 4th time, she was patient and friendly. We felt extremely well informed and never rushed with our decisions. Delivery went as planned and the builders found it easy to install the kitchen. The panel finishes are my favourite. They are what really set the look of the kitchen apart from others. Overall, super happy and loving cooking and spending time in our new kitchen.
