   We received excellent customer service at the store. Jocelyn organised the sleep match for us. We were shown various mattress options, we weren’t rushed to make any decision. Jocelyn was very helpful, we were asked if we would like a tea, coffee or water whilst in store. We purchased Tempur pillows, new mattress and divan. All paperwork completed at ease and quickly, delivery all arranged. Thanks to Jocelyn for her excellent customer service.

   We visited the Llantrisant Dreams store today, Jonathan helped with our mattress order. We utilised the sleep match mattress which was really helpful in helping us choose the right mattress for us. We were offered tea and coffee and the payment options were all explained. Jonathan was really helpful and informative about the products on offer.

   Jonathan was very polite friendly patient and professional explaining everything to me very and welcoming. He showed me the sleep match machine which matched me to the best products there are so many different types its very overwhelming but not in this store with Jonathan there to guide you he is a credit to them.He was more than helpful and went beyond to make sure i was ok and helped to bring things to my car I wouldn't hesitate to go there again. The lady that was working there was also very friendly and helpful showing me a few tips on caring for my purchases. Thankyou to you both

   had an awful memory foam mattress (not from Dreams) which was causing me back and knee issues and came the end of my tether with it causing me issues and wanted to replace it quickly. Went to Dreams in Llantrisant, served by Jo, bought a firm pocket sprung mattress at a great price. Easy and happy process. Had a nice chat in the shop without feeling pushed into anything, just good advice and help. Delivery within two weeks, the delivery men were really polite, checked the route, put foot covers on, and brought mattress in and upstairs. Delivery time was communicated. Couldn't have been an easier purchase and delivery. Thank you. I've just moved house and not every purchase/ work done has been this easy!

   Stuart was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the visit. Same for the other 2 staff in store (a lovely lady and a gentleman, Chris?); extremely friendly and pleasant experience. Advice given from the staff wasn’t price driven at all but to our needs. Felt safe with the COVID measure in store. We went it for a mattress test but ended up purchasing a mattress, tv bed and pillows. Highly recommend the staff in this store and would definitely return in the future if everything goes smoothly with the delivery etc!

   I previously only gave a one star rating but after getting a response from Dreams I decided to give it another go and what a pleasure it was. I was allowed to enter the store and greeted by a very polite and efficient young man who explained everything in such a clear and precise way that before I knew it I had bought a mattress. Well done and thanks Mike. Day of delivery with a 2hr slot between 8 and 10. 0830 I had a phone from the delivery guys to say they will be with me about 9. 0900 came and they were there smack bang on time. They were polite and ever so efficient so now I have given 5 stars thank you.
