   My friend has currently been put in 1 by the council due to her own personal reasons to wake up with rats outside and cockroaches crawling all over the walls and in her room. Baby cockroaches inside the cooker hood , no quilt for the sofa bed, no blinds for any privacy. And I've noticed how the company can respond to the positive reviews but not the negative. My friend has photos and videos of the disgusting state that they've left the place in.

   Honestly, the Room has a very weird odour like a wet carpet and they most definitely will not return your money. Stayed there for just a night and it's been 2 weeks now from the 5-7 working days they said and not q single penny of my £150 has entered my account

   We ended up booking here for one night after a last minute Airbnb cancellation. I was a bit apprehensive after seeing other reviews as we would be staying with our toddler. There wer absolutely no issues at all and the staff even called me to check when I would be checking in. The place was clean and presentable. Some aspects of the apartment showed signs of use and wear but for the price we couldn't complain. It was quiet apart from being right next to a main road so some noise from cars.

   Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The kitchen had loads of appliances and pots and pans for our cooking needs which was very helpful. The balcony was amazing as the sun was shining and the view was great. All the staff was very helpful to help with our needs especially the directing manger as we booked an extra day in the end as we was enjoyed staying there.i will definitely be book more rooms there in the future.They also had wifi and Netflix which was a bonus.and lucky its close to town so you have hundreds of food options.This place was so much better then getting a random room at a hotel Somewhere.

   Amazing place, very clean and tidy. Having the opportunity to stay in a luxurious apartment for such a good price isn't something you find easily in Leicester. Staff members at the desk are extremely kind and provide lots of help and support with anything. A big thanks to Hassan for hosting us and providing all the help since the moment we rang to inform of our arrival. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
