I understand that its a huge problem for the hospital, but the parking is insane. I drove round the car park for 30 minutes and failed to park my car. I missed my hand therapy session, i was in pain but for me, more importantly was the environmental impact I was having using all that fuel for no reason at all.
Absolutely nobody has been helpful over the phone with a simple query regarding a prescription! Managed to speak to 1 person who put me through to someone who's voicemail advises they are on holiday and not to leave a message. Called different numbers and departments and no answer from anywhere !
Had to visit today as a patient, but the mens toilets by the Spar absolutely stink. Management should be ashamed that these toilets aren't being cleaned properly. The nursing staff however, were amazing as usual 5☆
I had a recent procedure which wasn't very nice but the staff and the treatment were faultless. They made an unpleasant experience as good as it could be and the results were excellent thanks to the experienced team of staff.

I am waitting for my first appointment with sleep apnea clinic my doctors surgery done me a expedite later to push my appointment forward i still got to wait for 5 6 months it's not on I thought with your breathing problems they got to see you sooner then later it's a emergency really I really sorry for other people who in the same boat then me

Brill hospital. Went in about 9, was out about 11.30. Brilliant nurses and fast turn around. Unlike the Heath where I was there for 14 hours . Keep up the good work guys
Terrible service my sister came to the hospital and has not been seen at all in the last 8 hours absolutely disgusting so far I will update u on the rest of the visit... update. stil nothing' when asking we r told we are next although we've witnessed them seeing other patients. Told we next we goin thru the list all sorts yet all the nurses r stood around not with patients and not doing anything as su h yet we are sat waiting
Great hospital and has been for years. My father passed away in the early 1990's and the staff were great. I have just had medical treatment and I am currently recovering in bed. The whole process was smooth and friendly, even the parking, which is the only negative point was OK. Overall happy with my visit, hope it's many years before my next one.
