Fantastic hospital 1st class treatment, didn’t feel like a hospital so made me feel less anxious, plenty of parking right outside building, was seen by ENT specialist Ali Hussain who was fantastic highly recommend this hospital.

Absolutely no respect for patients’ time. I attended an appointment where the doctor said I would be referred for another scan. After a week of waiting, I called the reception only to be told they had no information. The receptionist promised to pass the message on. Two weeks later, I called again, but the new receptionist had no record of my previous enquiry. They assured me they would chase it with the doctor. Three days later, I called once more, and again, nobody remembered my case or the scan referral. This level of disorganisation is unacceptable, especially for patients coming through private insurance. I have already submitted a formal complaint, but I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they are looking for reliable treatment and timely solutions.

Lovely people, always seen promptly. High level of professionalism and cleanliness. However, with their new system regarding text reminders, it doesn't work for Cardiff area, there is 2 hospitals so adding location would prove beneficial to avoid confusion

I have just had my first cataract operation completed by Mr Daniel Morris on 3rd February. The complete experience from when I arrived to when I left was first class. Every facet of my procedure had been thought of carefully and the experience was seamless. It was also painless. I was an extremely nervous patient and that was carefully taken into consideration so that I was able to relax properly. Thank you to all concerned- it is a great team and one I would thoroughly recommend.

I saw Mr. Stew today at the Nuffield clinic about an ENT problem, the clinic was clean, bright and the staff were very friendly. Mr. Stew, talked to me through my diagnosis and presented himself as professional, caring, clinically knowledgeable and pragmatic in his treatment. He discussed next steps with me and what my options were going forward. I suffer with anxiety however he knew exactly how to handle it. A truly exemplary clinician. I would 100% recommend accessing this service.

Phoned Thursday to try to get urgent CT scan for mum in law, had to leave voicemail as couldn't speak to a person. No answer by Friday pm so I rang again and left another message. There was an email address given on the voicemail so to try get things sorted my husband emailed as they suggested we would get a reply in 24hrs but it's now Wednesday and we have not heard a thing! So disappointed with this service. Have sorted alternative now but this is not what you expect when you opt for private health care!

I was seen by Dr Zoe Barber with Lilian the wonderful nurse. Who immediately put myself and my partner at ease. I went off for a scan with a wonderful nurse and doctor within minutes. I had good news and I do believe if it was bad news I would have been in the best place. I had my consultation scans and drainage then another consultation and was out within the hour. Money well spent. As I only found the lump two days earlier.

I was involved in a collision on Thursday and spent 9 and a half hours in A&E on the Friday and was diagnosed with a fracture of the pelvis and was sent home. Over the weekend I was in pain and found it very difficult to walk. I rang the clinic first thing Monday morning and was given an appointment that afternoon. I saw Doctor Shah who put my mind at rest and thoroughly explained the injury to me. I did not require an operation. I also underwent a partial knee replacement here 10 years ago and was extremely pleased with the care I received. Thank you all once again Stella

Had an MRI scan via insurance here and while the actual radiography team and process were excellent, the customer service side of the process was a huge let down. Lady on reception was unhelpful when I was asking about next steps, at one point walked off with another member of staff while I was waiting at the desk (then when prompted by someone I was there just got another colleague to deal with me without saying anything). Had a follow up email to confirm details who then just ignored my question about next steps entirely. Left me at this point with no idea of when or how I'll get my results. Previous to this I had made several phone calls (all the switchboard ones were totally unsuccessful and quite abrupt, but the ones to radiology were great). Despite my health insurance being the one to arrange the appointment they seemed to have no idea whether I was insured or not and I had to repeatedly answer the same questions. Overall (so far) great medical service severely let down by the customer facing side of things.

I had Cataract surgery on the 1st of March 2022, Mr Morris was my consultant. The hospital was spotlessly clean, and Covid 19 protocols were followed without fail. I found that the team from the receptionist all the way through to the surgical team were so friendly and I was completely at ease. I even received a follow-up call the day after from Mr Morris to check on my progress, when I need my next eye doing I will certainly be coming here.
