As a parent I have never felt so disrespected. The unprofessionalism towards me and my sons by some staff has been absolutely frightening. Telling my son im to blame for their wrongdoing, causing my son to self harm is just disgusting and on christmas day as well. I will complain but i dont expect to be believed, my son wont be either, so their response, if i get one, will be worse than the incident itself. I feel scared by the power these hospitals have to ruin lives.
