   Purchased some baby milk and I bought number 1 by mistake. My partner returned literally 2 minutes later to ask to swap for number 2. Surely shouldn’t of be a problem as it’s totally unopened and sealed. But the manager said we can’t do that and made us buy another. Currently the cost of living has increased and so called rules like this are out of order. I will not be returning to this pharmacy Evan though it was my designated pharmacy. Disgusting customer service

   Boots has been on the high Street for many years it's come along way from the early days, now Selling just about anything and everything to do with health and beauty as well as sandwiches and snacks including cold drinks, offering a wide range of of men's toiletries staff as always friendly and helpful.

   Great Staff ...Always helpful with a smile ..and yes you sometimes have to wait but that's normal in most dispensaries i've ever been in .... they have to double check your prescription .... I had a bad experience at another chemist where they did not check it ...

3. Who Who ★☆☆☆☆

   Finally had my last sad experience in this pharmacy this week. Minimum 20mins wait, people getting served before you, and cannot dispense your perscriptions without some old woman being there, and being told to come back a long time later. Worst chemists ever. Go to the other local one instead, far better service, and you won't be asked to fill in some random questionnaire while you're in there either.
