   We have just let our property and have used Aston & Co to source the tenants. We chose them because we have been pleased with their service previously. From the initial appointment with Harry to view, through to the handing over of the keys to new tenants, the service has been very efficient and effective. Graham & Julian are the two people who handled the enquiries, prepared paperwork and conducted viewings and throughout, we have been kept informed of progress. There has been nothing negative about their service and indeed, being able to leave the letting process to them whilst we painted and cleaned ready for the new tenants has been really helpful. Would I choose them again, yes definitely. Would I look elsewhere next time, no I wouldn't. They are knowledgeable and professional and very easy to deal with.
