A great space with lightening Wi-fi and Parking!. The WhatsApp group is great to keep informed about any upgrades or building work. Most importantly have found Zak to be a great landlord. As a business owner he undersrands what start up and SMEs need to be productive. He was also very sensitive to my particular business needs.
Nice modern offices. Well equipped and bright spaces. Lovely entrance area for guests. Plenty of parking, sufficient for all tenants. Heating in all offices. Shared kitchen and communal areas very clean. Nothing was too much effort for the landlord Zak who is fantastic, also very nice person to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for offices in Leicestershire.

My business has been renting an office for over 2 years and couldn't be happier here. The offices are clean, well furnished and a good size. The rental charges are extremely reasonable and give you the option to pay monthly or annually. The offices are air conditioned which makes working comfortable throughout the year. There is parking available at the rear of the offices for no additional cost. The owner (Zac) is always helpful to ensure any issues (if any) are resolved. Highly recommended if you are looking for a small/medium office in the Oadby/Wigston area.
