2nd year I have chosen Cohens Guiseley for a private Flu injection. Excellent service. Easy to book on line and friendly service at the chemist. I was also lucky to be straight in and out, no queue.
Can’t thanks guiseley cohens enough, they’ve been wonderful this week delivering medication within hours of dr sending the script. We have received excellent service, and the delivery driver is a true gent nothing is too much trouble, thank you to all the staff.

They have a monthly ordering system that each month is meant to order the prescription. Last month had to order myself even after calling and the same this month. Called to chase it up and was told its my fault I didnt call up early for it but I had I called up on Monday to warn them that it will be needed Friday then followed up on Thurday then Friday and its still not even been ordered at the doctors. Time to change chemists as they hung up when asked to speak to a manager. Apparently it has changed hands recently but not sure if this will be the cause of their issues
Recently changed to this pharmacy after serious and worrying problems with the last one. What a difference! This pharmacy is staffed by the most helpful, professional, caring and efficient people you can imagine. Nothing is too much trouble and they complete the most complicated of prescriptions with ease, filling you with the confidence that you're medication is correct and that you are in safe hands. I can't recommend them enough and I can't thank them enough for all their hard work looking after Mum and providing her with the vital medication she needed. Thanks so much for your efforts folks.
