   It's an economical, clean, warm, quiet and convenient for car travel. The receptionist was very friendly. Slightly out of the towncentre. Our dobleroom had a nice view of the pond.

   Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean and spacious. The only thing which disappointed me was the breakfast I was hoping for it to be a buffet but instead a breakfast box with a few bits.

   Stayed with family a couple of times. The earlier stay the rooms were a little tired, but after the recent renovation they were a bit better. I'm just really disappointed with the buffet breakfast, they need to match the service of premier Inn. Although we were staying as members of several families for a wedding we got complaints that the kids were a bit noisy because the doors thump when opening and closing due to the heavy closing mechanism and their voices talking. It would have been nice we could have our rooms clustered somewhere we didn't have to bother others.

   Not recommended. The rooms are expensive but very basic. Breakfast is minimal and disappointing. Customer service was poor. The room lights didn’t work, drawers wouldn’t open, and the temperature inside the room was uncomfortably high (around 30°C). Additionally, there were insects everywhere, which made the stay unpleasant.

   Scary place go stay, uncomfortable staying up until the early hours listening out to goings on in the carpark and wondering if my car was being vandalised. Pleasant staff

   This was a great hotel, it was fantastic value for the money. The rooms we had were comfortable, spotless and had everything we could have needed. Great shower with really good water pressure. The receptionist was the nicest person I've met in a hotel in a long time, she made us feel like the most important guests there and I'm sure she does that for everyone. Location wise it's really handy for Coventry and there is a bar/restaurant serving breakfast and carvery across the carpark and there's also a really good chipper around the corner. Great hotel, I'd be very happy to stay again without any doubt.
