   An amazing find. On arrival the property is fresh, well decorated and very clean. Our room was fantastic and ideal. The staff are very polite professional and accommodating. Will definitely use again if we are visiting the area

   Very welcoming and helpful. The guy who welcomed us even carried our two cases up three flights of stairs! Room was very comfortable, bed too, and bathroom very clean and well equipped. The room looked as though it was next in line for a re decoration but it didn’t detract from our comfortable experience. Great view over the garden from our room. Breakfast experience was amazingly good. Excellent cold buffet was there to help ourselves. Hot breakfast followed, our choice of items! Staff were very efficient, nothing was too much trouble and service was swift. Well done all. We will book again at some future date.

   Our second visit and wasn't disappointed. Comfortable room with everything you need for a stay. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Ample parking and a short walk into Leamington centre. Very good service ftom a friendly and helpful team. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of choice. Thanks for a great stay

   Super friendly staff and convenient location! The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is set time so you need to pick the time a day before. They have a small buffet area with cereals, fruit and yogurt. They will also take your order - you can choose all day breakfast, toast, porridge, omelettes etc. Coffee, apple juice, orange juice, tea are also available. I personally dont mind but it might be a bit noisy as my room was facing the road.

   Chose this B&B for a first visit to Leamington Spa. Wasn't disappointed. Everywhere was really clean, lovely decor down stairs. Room was spacious, warm and comfortable. Bed comfortable with nice linen. At the back so quiet too. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice of cold buffet before the hot food. Staff were friendly and efficient. Parking ok when checking in but full on our return at 10.30 but easily found a space on the road. Would definitely choose this place again if we paid a return visit.

   Conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, Victoria Park Lodge is an excellent and affordable bed and breakfast. The service is excellent and my room was quite cozy, albeit a bit small. My only complaint was that the head of the bed was too close to the nightstand, and I turned over in the middle of the night and bumped my head on it!

   such a lovely property to stay in. great location - onlv 10 minute walk into town. staff were lovely and helpful too. breakfast was amazing (with cooked breakfast along with yoghurt, fresh fruit and pastries) and they even had veggie options for the full english and was offered milk alternatives. room was small but cosy and had complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate/biscuits along with complimentary toiletries in the shower room. the walls were quite thin so heard people walking above us and outside the room very loudly so recommend taking earplugs! would definitely stay again if i was in leamington

   This place is an excellent place to stay. It is also very good value for money. The only negative thing about the lodge is that there are no lifts, this is only a problem if you’re on the higher floors.The rooms are very clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable and soft. It is a be to cosy place to spend the night in. All the staff are very friendly and efficient and they are always trying to help you. They do a very generous breakfast. They serve hot and cold food. All the food is hot snd fresh. Overall the Lodge is an excellent place to stay if travelling through.

   Large B&B, over 20 rooms with free onsite and street parking. The double was small and functional with the usual extras like tea & coffee, hairdryer though you have to search! Not quite as neat as a Premier inn with slightly broken window handle in room 18 but otherwise fairly comfortable. Very friendly & helpful staff and a tasty cooked to order breakfast including gluten free options. You book a half hour slot, we were offered between 7:30-9 but others came after 9 on the weekend and everything was quite efficient with lots of buffet options. Check out was 10:30. Great location for station, Leamington centre (both 10min walk) and the park/river.
