“Super friendly staff and convenient location! The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is set time so you need to pick the time a day before. They have a small buffet area with cereals, fruit and yogurt. They will also take your order - you can choose all day breakfast, toast, porridge, omelettes etc. Coffee, apple juice, orange juice, tea are also available. I personally dont mind but it might be a bit noisy as my room was facing the road.”

“The Premier Plus room was amazing. Large, it was well furnished, well lit yet calm, in tones of grey, with purple up lights above bed head and fulsome full length curtains at the long window. The bed was very large, extremely comfortable and had lovely white bedding. Hanging cupboard with full length mirror on the face. Alongside there is a lighted vanity mirror, hairdryer in a holder. Great for doing hair and makeup. Great desk, office chair. Table lamp and real coffee maker and kettle for tea. Wing easy chair with footstool to relax in watching wall TV. Rain and standard shower in the roomy bathroom. All very clean. Spotless. Staff were excellent. Very welcoming and very helpful. Security locks on doors to access corridors to rooms. Good choice of cooked breakfast is served in adjacent stylish Bar+Block Steakhouse. I also had lunch there... delicious perfectly cooked rump steak and chips with salad. Again staff in here were very welcoming. Highly recommend. Excellent value for money too. You can be really comfortable here, located in the town centre, and with parking 5 minutes walk away, round the corner in multi story car park.”

“The rooms were nice, but I didn’t like the mirrors. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they really cared about the guests. Our kids even got coloring books, which was a lovely touch. You can easily reach the retail park on foot. Breakfast Buffet was really good and dinner too.”

The location on George Street is absolutely ideal—quiet yet centrally situated, with easy access to restaurants, local shops, and public transport. It’s perfect for both business travelers and holidaymakers. The townhouse itself is well-equipped with all the essentials: a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, ample workspace, a fully fitted kitchen, and a spotless bathroom. Every detail was taken care of, making it feel like a true home away from home. Communication with the hosts, including Jason Wan, was prompt and professional. Check-in was smooth, and any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully. The property offers a great balance of privacy, comfort, and convenience, much like a high-end Airbnb experience but with added professionalism and consistency. “Me and the rest of the Brighton uni polo team thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, we were competing in offchurch and it was pouring with rain and we didn’t fancy camping! We called Bungalow farm and had two rooms for us sorted within the hour! Shiela is an amazing host, letting us put beds on the floor to fit all 8 of our teammates in! We are so very grateful for everything, and if we are in the area again we will be back!!!”

“Great holiday home for a family of four and grandparents on top of that too. WiFi isn't the most secure but not if you're only using it for browsing the web and social media. Very comfortable, three different areas for dining and lounging, upstairs and downstairs bathroom and a place to do laundry not to mention two working TVs.”

“Really lovely clean hotel, has it's own car park and is in a good location. Lovely room, staff were really welcoming and they do a nice breakfast too. I had a room with a single bed. The only thing I would mark it down for was that some people might find the shower cubicle a bit small really but it was okay for me.”

“Had the most amazing birthday weekend stay here. Simran is the host with the most. The apartment was immaculate with luxury decor and an amazing terrace view. The terrace bar and restaurant was amazing too. 5 star service and was even gifted a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday. The staff went out of their way to accomodate us. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of a weekend away in Leamington. It made my birthday weekend extra magical. Thanks so much :) very grateful.”
