I have been a long term patient at Brook Pharmacy and I want to say a special thank you to Rumi who is always willing to go the extra mile. She is always very polite and professional and ensures the small details are taken care of.
Wow what a team I went in had issues with Asda pharmacy brook pharmacy team sorted out all the medication loaded with the drs made the whole experience calm and stress free medication was for my daughter who’s on palliative care Thank you soo much guys
Went for 24hr blood pressure monitor, Rumi was friendly and very helpful explaining everything thing l needed to know making me feel at ease, lovely lady.
On a recent visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Rumi. She delt with me promptly, was polite and friendly throughout.
I came in yesterday for a blood pressure monitor and Rumi one of the many lovely hard working staff at Brook pharmacy helped me with any questions or worries I had. I went back today to take the monitor back and Rumi helped me again and she went through my readings with me ensuring I understood everything. Rumi was so helpful and supportive. All the staff at brook pharmacy was working so hard they don’t get appreciated enough. A special thank you to Rumi for all the help I really appreciate you you are so lovely.
Rude, incompetent, unprofessional staff (Elizabeth & Sandra) Disgusted with their attitude. Tried to blame me for not delivering my medicene on time. I have been without medication for days even though I ordered them on time. When the medication arrived there were items missing. Being rude is obviously a trend looking at other reviews and it has not been addressed by management. Shameful behaviour.Not delivering medication on time and missing out items is a Brook Pharmacy speciality. They have now reached an all time low. Getting family members to write positive reviews and then thanking them for it while ignoring real complaints and giving false emails to report complaints. Staff are a reflection of their managers and I can safely say Sandra is the worst person I have ever had the misfortune to meet.

After my own drs cancelled my sons booster appointment twice, I rang and was told to bring him up to the walk in clinic. He has special needs and the nurse immediately took him for his jab. I was very stressed and she was absolutely amazing with my son and myself. Thank you so much , you lovely lady
