   Collected my prescription and had a flu jab, which didn’t hurt. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. This should be the blueprint for all local pharmacies. I have been using them every month for the last 18months, never had a problem. Highly recommended

   I attended for my Covid and Flu injections today. I was greeted with a friendly smile; made to feel comfortable whilst waiting for my turn; met a friend and caught up with her news; the medical pharmacist attended to me in super quick time and I felt no jabs going into my arm. All in all a well worthwhile trip. Thank you Heath Pharmacy.

   Phoned up on behalf for a neighbour and was dealt with eventually accordingly,however when he spoke with them abt the above he was told rather abruptly that his ordered cudnt be delivered.This man has stage 4 cancer,he can't get up to the pharmacy he needs delivery. I moved pharmacy's because of them telling me my perscription wasn't in,wen id spoke to the doc b4 i phoned the chemist up to check,then phoning the chemist back to say the doc had sent it across,with them then saying 'oh we've just received it)...piffle!!,7 times that happened to me. They need bigger premises and re-train staff to be courteous and polite at all times. And a better system.

   I normally pick up my husbands medications from this pharmacy because they have always been very good and friendly. However, went in to pick up my husbands heart medication tablets and they didn’t have all the tablets in stock. Rather than politely telling me, the woman with the red hair starts belittling me and raising her voice about not having all the medications in stock. She starts accusing me of ordering the prescription too late. I had ordered the prescription on Tuesday and went to pick up on Friday. Due to a mess up at the gp the prescription was not sent till Friday afternoon. Knowing these are heart medications no one from the pharmacy thought to call me and inform me that a couple of the tablets were out of stock. If they had I could have gone to another pharmacy. Instead I’m being spoken down to. Her behaviour was extremely unprofessional. I an definitely going to be changing the pharmacy to one that actually knows how to provide good customer service. Very disappointed!!!

   Extremely unhelpful owner of this chemist. Refused for months to provide .medication in dosette boxes, carers and doctor tried as well..And yet their website shows that two of their staff are trained to dispense medication in the boxes!!! and I actually saw one customer being given medication in a dosette box.
