Brilliant surgery. Very helpful receptionist’s never have a problem getting an appointment. The Doctors and Nursing staff are always lovely, friendly and professional. They are always very good with my mum when she needs an emergency appointment. The surgery is always spotlessly clean.Thank you to everyone that works there!

The best GP I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. Simply excellent. Admin and Nursing staff: top notch. Doctors: polite and attentive. Waiting area has plenty of room. Its just tip top all around.

First class medical centre all staff very polite and courteous unlike some of the patients (lol). Regular doctors are excellent including Dr Gaudet, Dr Hardy and recent locum Dr Jenner. Only downside can be the irritable telephone music and the "agents" language of Wenglish part of the latest "Welshification of Wales" scheme to confuse the vast majority of Welsh people who use English as their First language....

I am about to move and always found the drs very helpful and compassionate Ringing for an app is a bit of a nigtmare, but that's the same everywhere. All the best to the team at LN.

Have been trying to book a non urgent appt 5 weeks in advance to be told that there are no appointments available for that whole week. I have to call on the day and take my chances. I wasn't aware I was entering into a medical lottery. I emailed the Practice Manager and have not received a response for more than two weeks. Followed up again and have not received a response. The Practice Manager has responsibility for the processes used to make appointments for this practice and they are woeful. The other reviews on here seem to support the same opinion. However, nothing appears to have changed, unfortunately neither has the practice manager. The NHS gets blamed for the incompetence of the individual GP practices, but the NHS doesn't tell them how to allocate their resources or which processes to follow.

I am new to the Practice and attended for the first time, today. It was indeed a positive experience. Cheerful, helpful receptionist and approachable, diligent G.P. clean environment. Very pleased.

Absolute shambles of a GP. Opening time said 8:20. Called 8:20 went to answer machine. 8:25. 8:30. 8:35. 8:40. 8:45 they finally turned their phone lines on! And I’ve been currently in the queue for 27 MINUTES! (9:12) and it’s still going. Just want to get an appointment for my mum who’s suffering from back pain. Shocking

Long waiting times on phone for appointment. The answer message is awful and gives me a headache having to listen to it. I understand that the surgery may have been subject to verbal abuse but on the whole most people are decent. The answer message needs to be happy and polite . If the surgery need to reiterate that verbal abuse is unacceptable then make it slightly shorter and succinct after the positive happy part of message welcoming the missed call. Staff and doctors are good and helpful.

Whilst trying to get through to the Surgery can be difficult at 8.00am the staff always tried to be helpful. I always had a call back from the Dr. that morning/early afternoon, and on one occasion I was seen that day as Dr felt it important. I cannot fault the care given to me especially by Dr Gaudet during these difficult times of Covid.

Impossible to get through on the phone. My husband was asked to ring at 8 am because Dr Black wanted to speak to him. He tried all morning having to listen to the recorded message, then awful music for up to 30 minutes before finally giving up. He went to the surgery and they told him that he had to ring at 8 am so he came home and tried again this morning from 8am finally getting through at 9.30 after holding on for 25 minutes only to be told he couldn't speak to the Dr and could he ring again. He asked if the doctor could ring him but was told no so he asked for a telephone appointment and has been given one at the end of October! The excuse for not answering the phone is always that they are busy. Surely answering the phone should be a priority as it's the first point of contact for most people. The service is very good once you are there, but getting through is a nightmare
