Can't fault the service from within specsavers shop Albany Road, but I paid the extra for anti glare lenses on.both sets of glasses,to be honest what a waste of money, no different from my old glasses. Won't be paying for that ever again. The reactions have yet to be tried, I hope I'm not as dissatisfied as I am with the anti glare lenses.
Staff have always been very kind and accommodating every time I visit, that’s why even though I don’t live nearby anymore I remain with this store. Every visit the opticians are very thorough and explain in detail any concerns and answer any questions you have and floor staff are always on hand to help
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The lady who did my eye test, Pamela, was clear and straightforward with her instructions and made me feel comfortable. The waiting time naturally wasn’t the quickest because there were many customers but I was always updated by a member of staff on how long the wait would take and when they would be back throughout my appointment.
Specsavers on Albany road are fantastic. All the staff were pleasant and really helpful. Very reassuring when you know it’s the first time having to wear glasses. Highly recommend. Didnt feel rushed at all when choosing my frames.
Highly recommend! The service was second to none and every member of staff was so friendly and helpful throughout. I would love to mention Shiv as she really helped me throughout, explained everything in easy terminology and checked that I was happy with everything throughout. There are some brilliant deals on at the moment too, so if you’re thinking of booking I’d highly recommend. Couldn’t fault anything and I really do appreciate the work of the whole team, especially on such a hot and busy Saturday.
I am more than pleased with my new spectacles. For the first time for years I have 2 pairs that fit with perfect lenses.
Kind and courteous staff, albeit slightly slow. It shouldn't really take an hour for a routine eye test. Great selection of frames for me personally, and the staff were keen to get me the most affordable price possible. Will use specsavers again

Great opticians a lovely branch,nice staff been going there for about 5 years now changed from the city centre branch to Albany Rd as city centre branch staff not so good. This branch very helpful with my eye care and excellent customer service and spotted issues with my eyes early so I could get treatment. My new glasses are brilliant .
