Very professional team, highly recommended. Thorough eye testing checks medical history & previous glasses, ensuring new glasses meet personal requirements. Excellent choice of frames, helpful staff, quick turnaround to receive glasses.
Required to attend emergency appt & were seen by 4 different members of staff throughout my appointment. All were friendly, professional & put me at ease. The female optician explained the tests & results simply. I was extremely impressed with Llanishen Specsavers & would highly recommend them.
Very easy to book in with, via the online service. Staff very friendly and helpful, making me feel well looked after despite it being very busy (combination of lots of customer appts and it seems also someone having a medical emergency). Not one sign of anyone being stressed or flapping, all very calm and organised. Actual eye check very in depth, and optician explained every detail clearly. No sales pressure either for new lenses or frames, although I wanted them anyway!
The staff are always so friendly. The pre-test and actual eye test were carried out very professionally, by courteous staff. I bought single lens glasses. I was shown to the stand, and it was clearly explained what was available and the pricing points. When my glasses arrived, I had an email, and several texts reminding me of the appointment. I didn't have to wait at all when I returned to collect them. A very good service throughout.
In terms of services relating to glasses, they are 5 stars. In terms of contact lenses, they're 1. They either have no patience or too much patience with the client prior to you when doing the contact lens trial. I was in Specsavers today at 11:10. This was when I was meant to be served. I was served one hour later. When I was finally served, it turns out they'd lied about having recieved the contact lenses they had previously ordered, so I had one right contact lens and one random one taken from the cupboard. Some staff were super kind, gentle and extremely apologetic whilst others clearly don't want to be there and do not care how much they have inconvienienced you. Overall, this place isn't the worst on the planet - as I said, their glasses related services are top notch, but if you want contacts? Get them elsewhere, for your own sake.
My spectacles had been pulled out of shape and so took them to Specsavers in Llanishen. They were very helpful. I had no appointment but they fixed my spectacles within 15mins of my arrival..excellent customer service.
Got to see the best optician ever. Called Molly. She was like a breath of fresh air. Efficient and friendly without being familiar. 10 out of 10. Other opticians take note of how to treat your customers at this stressful time of the year.
All the staff were lovely! The lady at the front desk blonde hair (didn’t catch her name) was great she was very welcoming and so friendly! A credit to your company :)
Excellent customer service, lively staff, who care about their patients. Have been 3 times, over the past 2 years. The most recent visit today, they saw me for an emergency appointment at 0900 on a Sunday morning, I could not recommend them enough!
Professional staff made my eye test appt nice and easy. I then collected my new safety glasses a week later and they were adjusted and fitted. Good service, parking close by with a flat surface from my car to the reception.
