Brilliant service - the staff were fantastic. Very happy with my experience there, and with my new glasses. The only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because I was a bit taken aback by how much the glasses were, cost-wise, but they’re really good quality so I don’t mind in the grand scheme of things!

The whole process, from arriving at the store to leaving, having ordered and paid for my new glasses, was a really pleasant experience. All the shop floor staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable and definitely client-focused, which made me feel relaxed and valued. The Optician himself was absolutely amazing! He was really easy to get along with and we shared a few laughs. Not only is he clearly an expert in his field but also a great ambassador for the store, as I'll certainly be recommending him to my friends and family. I'm looking forward to collecting my new glasses within a fortnight!
Went into store on a Thursday afternoon. I ordered new glasses and due to medical issues, I needed them quickly. A rush was put on my glasses and they were ready for collection Tuesday. Absolutely brilliant service. Highly recommended

I got an emergency appointment today to check out a potential detached retina. The guys fitted me in, popped drops in to expand my pupil so that could get a good look and put me through about 7 tests. I was terribly nervous but the 3 staff who undertook the checks couldn't have been nicer, they really put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly at each stage. Chains often don't come across as personal, but my experience today was the total opposite. Well done all, highly recommend.
I dropped into store ( no appointment) on Saturday afternoon, with my new Viktor & Rolf specs , after 1 week they were so uncomfortable. Emma was just brilliant. Professional, patient and friendly. Sorted the side arms, replaced the nose pads, made slight adjustments until we got it right. All good, thank you so much.
VERY welcoming and helpful staff. Prompt, friendly service. Came for an eye test to purchase some sunglasses and was booked in efficiently within a few days. Ordered glasses and they arrived as described. The people on the shop floor were just as polite as the optician who conducted the eye tests.
Had a great experience in store this morning. I tried on many many glasses, which would all need cleaning because of covid measures. The staff we very friendly and made me feel comfortable to explore and find the glasses that I liked the most without feeling pressured. I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received from Harpreet the optician and all the other staff in store. Thanks specsavers!
