The only not great thing about this Hotel was the service at Dinner. Buggers were cooked Medium when either should be Well done or asked how you like it cooked. The breakfast though was great. Having the gluten products far away from the main breakfast meant I could eat breakfast without worrying. Though this Hotel is definitely designed for quite evenings and not having fun in the bar. If you want a very quite Hotel near the NEC I would recommend this one.

Very comfortable beds. Institutional feel but I guess it's hard to make a long corridor feel warm and welcoming. Room not dirty but didn't have a just cleaned feel. Desk dirty. Iceland pizza £12.99 - come on guys. Very disappointed. Service very good. Helpful and friendly. ***Stop the insanity of AI replies.***

Recommend, with provisos due location, staff great So, hotel clean, well staffed (unlike some hotels where you can never find staff). Meals were pretty good, deffo quite good for the price. Staff excellent - all friendly (special mention for GiGi in reception -sorted a small booking error, no fuss, no bother, Claire manageress inRestaurant, and Chelsea in restaurant, a ray of sunshine) and all helped to make the stay enjoyable. I never go back to a hotel , no matter how good the facilities, if the staff are unhelpful or unfriendly. Fortunately these gals were great. . Ok , it's called NEC Premier Inn, some reviews say 10ims walk to NEC hall. It's 10 minutes minimum for a fast walker to closest point of NEC, around busy roads. More like 30 minutes , at a moderate pace , to Pendingo Way, and the heart of the action. About £10 for a taxi, save yourself the road crossing nightmare, easy life. Bar is open until 3am , just in case anyone needs to know that.... If you want a selection of bars, you need to head to Birmingham ( taxi...). So overall, Def recommend

Great hotel, convenient to the airport. They don’t have a shuttle but a taxi is quick and cheap. Rooms could do with an upgrade, but they were clean, quiet (which really amazed me) and the bed was so comfortable! Only gripe was the toilet paper holder was similar to a public toilet. Staff are absolutely amazing! Friendly, efficient and so polite!

Stayed here during the Motorhome and Caravan Show, so it was really busy with guests heading to the NEC and the airport. All the staff were absolutely brilliant – they worked non-stop and stayed friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had to change rooms on the first night due to a constant noise, which we think came from the electrics or circuit breakers, but reception sorted it out quickly. There was a small mix-up with our dinner booking – reception had accidentally booked us in for the following night – but the restaurant team still found us a table. Service was slow because of how busy it was, but the food was very good and the meal package offered great value for money. Drinks were fairly priced too. Had a comfortable night’s sleep, only disturbed by planes taking off in the morning. Breakfast, which was also part of the package, was tasty and offered a good variety. Overall, a good stay made even better by how hard the staff work. Would definitely stay again if visiting the NEC or using the airport.

Well maintained comfortable hotel, our room was excellent, it was one of their super rooms. All of the staff were amazing, from check in to restaurant staff. The only reason I've given 4☆ rather than 5 is I cannot forgive overcooked fried eggs which I had with my gammon, plus the breakfast buffet wasn't very warm. Bar area lacked space to sit and have a quiet drink especially for a hotel with a lot of rooms. Excellent hotel though

Firstly the room was supposed to be premier plus. The bed was awful, there were no mugs to get a hot drink. The carpet near the bathroom was stained look like bleach. Shower was rusty around the edges. Then to top it all we have received a fine for the car park of £85. We were never told at check in about the car park payment or told when we checked out. We arrived when it was dark and throwing it down with rain so never read any notices just wanted to get in the hotel. When we left the car park we assumed all was paid as the barrier let us out, no member of hotel staff told us otherwise. Poor customer service they should be informing customers on arrival, nothing is clear in the hotel. I will never use again. Very bad experience and to receive a fine weeks later is appalling I suggest staff are informed to tell customers. Just a money making scam obviously both companies profiteering from this. I am very disappointed.

So we all agree right Guys? ★★★★★
Lovely hotel, the heating in the room worked really well as it was cold outside. The room was clean and tidy and the bed really comfy! The bathroom was clean with a bath and shower which I love. We had breakfast in the morning and the full English and continental selection was brilliant, good coffee too. Very convenient for the NEC, would stay again!

Clean, friendly, nice breakfast. Bar is clean and tidy and well laid out. Not over crowded despite the size of this hotel. Comfy beds, clean sheets and nice size room. Plenty of car parking, but there is a £10 charge for this albeit that’s reasonable. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall really nice place to stay and will be returning!
