Great location, very convenient for the NEC. Quality of food at the hotel was excellent, we enjoyed our meals there. Staying over the weekend, breakfast on the Sunday morning was so busy that we left it as had appointments to keep. Be aware that the shopping centre restaurants next door gets very busy on the weekend, so book in advance. Having said that, there is a good selection of different eateries available (still book). Can't fault the staff, who were consistently lovely. All in all, a successful trip

I have to go to the NEC once or occasionally twice a year. If I'm staying, this is where I choose to stay. If I just have a spare couple of hours to kill, I relax (and get some work done) in the restaurant bar. The hotel building is nice, though some of the rooms are beginning to feel just a tad cramped. The food is excellent. Good quality and great ideas. Give the pies a chance, you won't regret it. But the thing that makes any hotel GOOD (or not) is the staff. Need a quiet room? Yep. No hassle. From check in to departure they were great. Helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Walk into the bar, and despite not having seen me in a year (and then I only dropped in for lunch), one of the waitress walks up with a huge smile, asks how I am and how long I've had the new beard. Accidentally deprogram my room key by having it in a pocket next to my headset (twice)? Not a problem, immediate fix. Allergies? Yep. But not a problem, the restaurant manager came out to check the details, and a couple of times recommended changes. One side of the bed has sockets at the bed-head - helpful if you're traveling with a CPAP or other medical gear. The other side has them at the foot near the TV.

We had such a wonderful time staying here! We stopped by the bar for a few evening drinks, and we have to give a special mention to the server, Stevan (or Stefan). He was lovely, incredibly polite, and chatting with him really made our evening memorable and enjoyable. He clearly goes above and beyond for guests and is a huge asset to the hotel.

Priyanka she was exceptionally attentive, kind, and professional throughout our entire meal. Her warm attitude and genuine smile made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. She demonstrated great knowledge of the menu and provided excellent recommendations, which made our experience even better. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the customers’ experience. Thanks to her, our visit was memorable, and we will definitely be returning soon. Please extend our thanks and recognition to her for a job very well done!

Room was very well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was the standard offerings and well presented and tasted good. Lunch was OK but could have done with more light bite offerings as not many want a full meal during the day.

We stayed here to be near the nec which is in a perfect location for this. The staff on the front desk seem polite and friendly but it's a bit different in the restaurant. The lady at the restaurant entrance was wearing a mask and I couldn't understand a word she was saying, all muffled and quiet. We then had some breakfast which was very nice, but then a male waiter decided to start to remove certain things from the table i.e cutlery and drink that were still being consumed by us. This made us want to finish quickly and get away as it was far from relaxing. To many untrained staff in this hotel that also cannot read body language.

First thing - very overpriced both to stay at and dining. Reception staff were excellent. Room not ready at allotted time so parking knocked off bill and drinks tokens given. Booked a junior suite so had a sitting room and bedroom. Rooms were OK - furniture good quality but very old and tired. Very quiet until last day when I was woken up by drilling at 8.30am. Again though, when mentioned it on check-out tariff for room upgrade returned. Great location if you are visiting Resorts arena or NEC. Good selection at breakfast and pretty good service. The bar was the biggest disappointment - drinks extremely expensive, food was OK but the service was very lacklustre. Not in a rush to return

Great hotel, extremely clean many extras such as ice machines on each floor, wine glasses provided with ice bucket & fridge. The bed was very comfy. There was also an iron & ironing board in the wardrobe. The staff in the bar & restaurant were very professional & friendly too. Good choice of food available & was excellent, as was the breakfast. I am looking forward to returning.

Pretty standard hotel on site at the NEC. Staff were fine and pleasant check in and out. Quiet room with view over the back of the hotel and lake. Room was a bit scruffy around the edges but perfectly acceptable and clean. Sheets were turned down and room refreshed sometime past 9am after the first night. Stayed two nights and ate in the restaurant once - fairly priced and nothing to complain about.
