   My daughter had her 7th birthday pamper party here and absolutely loved every minute they all had the best time face masks, hair colours, nails, glitter tattoos,foot spa, relaxation and afternoon tea with plastic flutes it was stunning inside and so pretty and pink they had little flip flops, head bands and robes and everything was perfect! There was lots of staff and was truly spoilt! All the moms said their children said it was the best party ever! Perfect little girly party would 100% recommend Thankyou girls for making my daughters birthday so special :) x x x

   Excellent location for visiting the NEC (about 15 minutes away). Lovely host who showed me to the room on arrival. As a room for a solo traveller the bed was HUGE - and therefore excellent. It was very quiet and dark at night so easy to sleep well. The annex(?) room was very well located for easy coming and going late and early. Only minor quibble would be the en-suite which just needed a few touch ups as the light switch had come away from the ceiling and the shower when turned on started to erupt from above the shower head (not the shower head itself), this caught me by surprise as went all over the floor. Towels and shower bits supplied, as are tea/coffe bits.

   I had a neck, back and shoulder massage that wad carried out by Amy and she was fantastic ! Not too hard but not too soft - she asked if i was okay and comfortable through out and made sure the pressure was right for me. She was lovely and had water waiting for me when i left the room Highly recommend

   We have just spent 2 nights at Achill House October 2024,myself and husband in a double room and our daughter with 3 young children in the family room. We were made most welcome. The rooms were very comfortable and met our needs very nicely. Mary has thought about peoples needs and provides lots of ameneties and extras. We sat in a booth in the garden one night and in the lounge another night,very pleasant. I looked round the spa areas and thought they were very special. Next time i think i will book a treatment.Parking is free,also wifi. We had breakfast at The Wilsons just round the corner. Quite a good deal as we had children eat for £1 each,used at breakfast and evening meal. Beware though- adult breakfast £6.99 but coffee is another£2.50 each (bottomless). We will certainly go again in the future.Thanks Mary and staff.

   A small property in amongst other residential houses. This is both a spa and a medium spaced hire facility and we hired it for Sunday afternoon tea. Lots of sheltered booth's outside and some open space too. There is also a hot tub, we didn't use it so it would be unfair to comment on it. The staff are very friendly, warm, professional, knowledgeable, discreet and amenable. The food was fresh, top quality and plenty of it, all dietary needs were asked about and met. The tea and coffee was excellent with both normal and decaffeinated served, a selection of alcohol is also available. The premises is spotlessly clean and tidy as is the toilet, considering there was a child's party before us, you would never of known. There are two parking spaces in front of the main door but plenty curbside parking. We had an excellent experience and fully recommend the experience. We will use it again.

   Enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea experience at Achill to celebrate two very special birthdays. Laura kindly helped with my dietary requirements beforehand and we were very well looked after throughout our visit. The food was superb with a lovely selection of sweet and savoury treats, and the Scandinavian style cabins are beautiful. Even on a cold January day, they are warm, cosy and luxurious, the perfect setting for a special occasion. We will certainly be returning to Achill!

   Hidden Gem... Friendly welcome, felt completely spoilt. Ladies cannot do enough for you. Wonderfully relaxing massage, use of Hot Tub and afternoon tea. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

   Booked a lash lift treatment with Ellen, and afternoon tea for our Mum's retirement, and she had a lovely time! Ellen was great as usual, and Mary was really attentive with the afternoon tea! I had the vegan option for afternoon tea, which was really good and I'd really recommend! Vegan pork pie and scotch egg as well as sandwiches, and the tastiest vegan chocolate cake! Will be coming here more often (especially for the vegan options!)

   Had a great spa day here for my hen, really cosy outdoor space. We had the hot tub to ourselves, and afternoon tea was set up for us outside, which was amazing. We all had a treatment, and my facial was soo good. Highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again soon!
