The rooms are fantastic, spacious, quiet, and neat. There are also convenience stores right outside which is really nice if you want to stock up on provisions. If you are in one of the higher floors, you get a good view of Newport and the canals and bridges, but it looked misty and the time I took the pictures, hopefully the external windows are cleaned regularly to ensure a better view. The major negative is the environment outside (especially the car park). It looked dirty and not well maintained, getting and getting out was difficult, no clear instructions and several of the exit doors did not work. I felt unsafe in the car park especially at night. If you don’t need to use the car park, you should be okay. But I wouldn’t recommend the car park if you come with a car.

This is then second time I have booked an appt here. The room was very clean on arrival and all available facilities were working. I was able to park my car safely around the back easily. Customer service was very good on arrival and exit. I will continue to book coming here in future. I would definitely recommend others to stay here. Thanks for a great service.

I had this hotel booked 7-9 July as part of a 10 week European trip. THIS WAS THE ONLY ACCOMODATION IN EUROPE OR THE UK WHO REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO DROP MY LUGGAGE OFF PRE CHECK IN SO I COULD GO EXPLORING. As Travel staff and a travel writer I found this extraordinary and very unhelpful. As a consequence I cancelled my booking and rebooked an International hotel in Cardiff saving around £90 as I got travel staff discount. I would not recommend this hotel - it pays to shop around for more helpful and accomodating hotels. Lyn Schuemaker

Close to all amenities, the ICC Newport is around a £12 Uber ride, the train station is nearby with plenty of bars and restaurants, £8 to park

Absolute joke of a place, booked an apartment to stay in for the night, travelled 30 miles, get there and go to book in and they claimed all three of my debit cards did not work in their card reader and did not accept cash. Found myself alone outside with no way to get home and drug addicts and drunks walking past every five minutes, shouting and urinating against walls. Luckily I was able to go on booking.com and find another hotel not far away which turned out to be part of the Celtic manor resort. Funny really as my cards worked fine there and in the cashpoint when I took some money out for a taxi to the other hotel. Glad it worked out that way though as difference was night and day. Would not recommended.

Nice place, would of been better if we could of seen out of the windows (very dirty) the duty manger explained its hard to clean windows on the 9th floor however I have stayed in loads of places higher than the 9th floor with clean windows and could see for miles and miles

Very clean, modern and neat. The kitchen is equipped and arranged to the smallest detail and very thing is in place. The material used in construction the apartment is modern and welcoming. The wifi is impressive with Netflix and prime video at hand. The bedding is very comfy. Liked the bathroom. Very quiet. Enough space. It's great on all accounts.

One of the best apartments in wales! Perfect for families! You get more than what you pay for! Super clean and the service is amazing. The only reason I didn’t give it a 4 stars - the lifts at the apartment could be cleaned (there was a odd smell) and improved.
