“Had a great night's sleep here on business. The staff at reception were polite and friendly. I was greeted by an Asian gentleman on arrival. He was very busy booking guests in, but still provided great customer service. The room was clean and tidy. The beefeater next door was fantastic for dinner and breakfast. Will be staying again.”

Customer service is outstanding ! Pool and jacuzzi are insane! Food is lovely cooked to perfection staff are so so friendly cleaners are On it all the time ! Best hotel in Cardiff by far ! “We had a lovely stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also have specials for front line and social care workers that were really appreciated as well as vouchers for parking in the city centre. It's very conveniently located. I'd recommend having a 'do not disturb' sign as we had people knocking on the door twice in a 1 night stay. We were right by the lifts so maybe just bad luck there.”

“Great hotel, recently and still doing some modernization. Bang up-to-date modern wall panels and decorations. Bed really comfortable. Great breakfast cooked to order. Location is typical of a city nowadays BUT is just outside the centre within easy walk of Rodney parade football and rugby stadium. Not far from the station. I will be going back. Oh free parking.”

“Barry was a great host, accepted us last minute when our plans changed and we didn't have anywhere to stay. Rooms were OK for a guest house, didn't need anything more. A nice guest lounge with comfortable sofas and books, great breakfast ordering system that we unfortunately couldn't try. If I'm ever back in Newport, I'll be staying here again.”

“The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and determined that your stay be a pleasant one. Couldn't be more helpful. The rooms were clean, tidy and fresh and we were able to extend our stay and change to a family room instead of 2 rooms with no hassle.
