   I was there earlier today to return an item from an online order. I said to the guy at the till that I picked up my online order last week but wanted to return one item from the order. He asked for the order number, checked in the system and said his system doesn’t recognise the number. He then asked which branch and I said Weybridge. Then he asked me to go there. I said well I was told that I could return to any store. Only then he realised that I was there to return and not to pick up an order! If he had listened to me properly he would have understood first time. While I was taking the item from the bag, he touched my mobile phone which I had left in front of me on the counter for a few seconds and looked at the order on screen of the phone. Why on earth people touch customer’s phone I never knew as this happened so many times before! I really don’t like it when staff in shops don’t listen to you properly and that they touch my mobile phone without asking! Boots need to monitor the quality of services their staff are providing. I will avoid this store in future!

   I came to the Boots store yesterday just to look around and buy a few things I needed, with my small child in a stroller. But honestly, the experience was awful — every aisle I went to, the security was following me and standing nearby, pretending not to, but clearly watching me. I felt so uncomfortable and treated like some kind of criminal just for shopping. Please, instead of following customers around, check your cameras if needed. It completely ruined my visit — I couldn’t even walk peacefully around the store. Really unpleasant experience.

   Ozlem is always very helpful with my needs. She is friendly and attentive. I can easily find the product I’m looking for. The variety of products is great, and the shelves are always neat and clean. I love Walton Boots and always choose them! I highly recommend.

   Do not recommend for repeat scripts. They never can get stock and don’t bother to tell you. Other pharmacies have the stock no problem. I have had couple months of stress trying to get my meds etc and have now changed to a lovely pharmacy that is confused as to why boots Walton had a problem.

   Rubbish service I asked the pharmacist for help to select a blood pressure monitor. Pharmacist was less then helpful and just told me to buy the cheapest one. Got it home and it didn't fit. Took the unit back for a refund and took my money to a proper pharmacy that understands customer service. I did complain when I took the unit back to boots but no effort was made to rectify the situation other than giving me a refund.
