   Attended a Xmas lunch today.As I am gluten free my experience was fantastic.All the staff were really helpful and accommodating.Nothing was too much trouble.Unfortunately this is not always the case.Thank you all so much for a very enjoyable visit.A lovely afternoon with amazing food

   An excellent hotel, serving good food with exceptional service. Shower powerful and hot. Breakfast has a selection of buffet fare with added English cooked. Best bacon and scrambled egg I've had in a hotel so far.

   Sunday Lunch in style. Silver service done perfectly. Food was stunning. If you want to be treated like royalty you must try Manor Parc. We were so lucky they found a table for us and from then on perfect in every way. P.S it may be wise to book a table. You won't be disappointed.

   We visited Cardiff in August and stayed at the Manor Parc for a week. Our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was included with either a cooked breakfast or selections from the buffet. The owner and staff were attentive and helpful. We highly recommend the Manor Parc. It’s secluded and quiet with views of the surrounding hills and cattle grazing in a nearby field.

   This is just a review of the Sunday lunch. It was very disappointing. The staff are fabulous and the service was almost too quick but they are all very helpful. I had chicken which was tasteless with the most awful spherical stuffing which tasted like spam. The vegetables may have been fresh but tasted as though they had been sitting too long in water. There was a massive sweet trolley though. We won’t be going again.

   Excellent afternoon tea in the Orangery served by friendly and attentive staff in a very pretty setting. Beautifully made selection of patisseries and savouries, including vegetarian. The scones were amazing, served warm with plenty of cream and jam. Would highly recommend.

   Held my late mum's celebration of life service. Room was spacious for our needs. Staff wonderful friendly and respectful. Staff welcoming,couldn't do enough to ensure guests were well attended to. Food served delicious. Hotel was warm and welcoming.

   We attended a wake, so not the happiest of occasions to visit this hotel. However, the food was excellent and the service was first class. The serving staff were very friendly and efficient which made a difficult occasion easier to 'enjoy'.

   Attended for a work Christmas party. The location and building was nice, parking and driving in was an issue... Only a single road leading to the building so there was a lot of traffic build up and we had to jump out of the car and walk the rest of the way or we would have been late. The food was ok. I had sweet potato and garlic soup which I enjoyed, the main was satisfactory... Plenty of food, but some of the veg was undercooked, plus only 1 pig in blanket per person? The sticky toffee pudding was nice, no complaints there. It was a little awkward when they were serving food, as they came around and offered separate parts of the meal; they seemed very rushed and at one point had potatoes being thrown over one shoulder and parsnips over the other. The party itself was good. Drinks were a little expensive. Gave a 5 star for rooms because I didn't see them so would be unfair for me to comment. Overall an ok evening, could have been better but not overly mad about it. Don't think I'd arrange anything here myself though.

   This is a well-run private hotel in a very nice setting. The staff are excellent, courteous, helpful, and attentive. The period manor is well-maintained and stands in old and manicured grounds, yet with a very modern and attractive communal outdoor space for functions. Included breakfast was very good. I did not eat at the restaurant, but friends and family tell me that it is excellent. To top all this, the room rates are very good value.
