AVOID BELVOIR AT ALL COSTS! They're utterly incompetent and completely disregarded the Tenancy Deposit Scheme's (TDS) decision to release our deposit. Their communication skills are non-existent, and their customer service is appalling. It's clear they don't care about their clients' rights or well-being. Using this letting agent has been a nightmare. They've caused us unnecessary stress, hassle, and financial loss. Unless you want to risk being treated poorly and having your rights ignored, stay far, far away from Belvoir. We even spoke to our Landlord directly as we know they personally, he was not aware of any of these things.
