I had a very bad experience with this agency and landlord. After moving out of the property, it has now been over one month and my deposit of £650 has still not been returned. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they have failed to respond in a proper or professional manner. The main reason for leaving the property was due to a serious incident where the landlord unlawfully entered our room while Ladies were sleeping inside. This is a clear violation of tenant rights and constitutes trespassing. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this agency and landlord. Their actions were unprofessional, unlawful, and dishonest. I am sharing this review as a warning so that others do not have to go through the same situation.
I am not recommend this agency becausce we paying council tax with rent it means our bill includes council tax but after few months we got letter from council we are not paying any coincil taxes we talk with this agency about this they said they will sort out nothong to worries but after this again and agian we got letter from council and enforcement team i talk with the agency so many times ,every time they saod no problem they will handle but today again we get letter ,the agency taking money from us for council tax but they not paying this money to council , we are planning to move legally otherwise this may affect us, so dont trust this agency they are big fraud
I have never recommended this agency due to their unprofessional conduct in maintaining and repaying deposits. I waited for four months for a maintenance issue to be resolved, but it was not until I vacated the property that the problem was finally addressed. Additionally, I waited almost three months for the repayment of my deposit. After deducting £590 from £850, they provided a list of maintenance work that had been performed, which included many items that were already present when I acquired the property but were not accepted.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do not trust this agency, especially if you are a student in Coventry. The landlord, MUZAR, was very unprofessional. The guy blocked both me and my partners phone numbers after our tenancy ended when we asked for our deposit back which he tried to scam us off. Hands down the WORST landlords we’ve experienced in our 4 years at Coventry. Avoid.
These are some of the worst landlords and letting agencies any could come in contact with. They would show up to the house any time without giving us notice, during COVID with any PPE. They let sewage build in our drain pipes for weeks before coming to fix, the houses themselves ha don't make me laugh poorly built, door handles were breaking every other week, no locks on our gateway that was leading to our garden so anyone could walk in at anytime. For any students, AVOID AVOID AVOID they will take your deposit on rubbish claims and not do any thing they are meant too.
Great Agency and excellent service. The agent is very polite, trust worthy and well mannered . I'm very happy with their service and much appreciate their effort to find a suitable accomodation for me within my budget. Very quick approach to solve any house repairs with free of charges . Not only an agency but also their kindness is a plus point as I never seen in any other agencies . They are not at all money minded . No unwanted charges and Highly recommended for students and professionals.

This is a very efficient and kind agency. They understood my housing needs really quickly and kept my budget in mind. This agency is honestly the best one I have dealt with so far.
