   I had a very positive experience with Assured Residential, and especially with Ross and Kirsty. They were always professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire tenancy. Communication was clear and timely, and moving out was handled smoothly as well. Ross went above and beyond to support me with the key handover and final steps, which I really appreciated. I would happily recommend Assured Residential to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agent in Coventry.

   By far the best landlord I had in the UK. Quick to reply, always picked up the phone, very considerate. The properties are well kept and with fair prices! It was a very pleasent and easy process, from booking a viewing, to the initial and end paper work when I had to move out.    Have just sold a rental property through Assured Residential - it wasn't entirely straightforward (buyer issues) and James was a big help in communicating with the buyer and the solicitor to move things forward as well as supporting the final completion in my absence. James managed the sales process and kept me fully informed throughout. Would definitely recommend.I have had a long relationship with Assured who have assisted with renting my property on a let only basis and have been very happy with the professional service given.

   I'm a Landlord and have been using Assured for over 7 years. I'll get straight to the point, they are very professional and really know what they are doing. When vetting potential tenants they are diligent, making sure each tenant is of good character. From there, they take pride in forming a great relationship with that tenant, meeting their needs as required and advising me when needed. Kirsty manages my properties, she is extremely helpful, getting issues fixed quickly when they arise and making sure all safety inspections are conducted in a timely manner. Further to the above, I have just sold a property with the help of James M. Despite various hurdles, all caused by buyers, James was steadfast in his approach. He communicated well with all parties, resulting in a successful sale. Ross and his team take the stress out of letting and selling and receive my strongest recommendation for new customers, whether you are a potential tenant or landlord, Assured really will look after you.
