I would like to share my appreciation for the excellent service provided by the manager at the Watford Harlequin branch, Nitinbhai (Hope I remember correctly). He listened to my problem very patiently, took the time to fully understand my concern, and then assisted me in an exceptionally professional and attentive manner. The level of care and dedication shown was truly impressive, and it made my experience extremely positive. I highly appreciate the service and the effort taken to ensure customer satisfaction.

I had such a great experience with Dominique! She was so patient and made me feel really confident about my skin. Her knowledge of skincare is impressiveβher glowing skin is proof of how much she knows! She gave me helpful tips and product recommendations, and I left feeling much more informed and excited about my skincare routine. Highly recommend her!

I've been shopping at the Clarins counter inside Boots in Watford a few times now, and every visit has been a lovely experience β all thanks to Ellie. She is always so friendly, welcoming, and kind. Ellie takes the time to understand what I need and always gives the best advice and recommendations when it comes to Clarins products. She greets you with a big smile and makes you feel truly valued as a customer. Her knowledge and warm approach make shopping here not only easy but also enjoyable. Iβve recommended her to family and friends, and theyβve had the same great experience. Iβll definitely keep coming back. Thank you, Ellie, for your amazing service!

This Boots store is bigger than you think. It has healthcare, hearing care, food, drink, beauty, opticians, baby and child products. Loads of self service checkouts so queues move quickly. Staff are busy but really helpful. They have loads to choose from ,I buy my perfume and make up from this store. Take your time and you will always find everything you need here.

Everything you could want from a chemist and a lot more. Opticians, hearing care, prescriptions, food and drink and all the things you would expect. One of the better Boots.

The store houses a vast range of cosmetics across many brands, including vegan. Perfume options are plentiful too, and all in all, whatever you need you will most likely find it in Boots - although I find Superdrug to be more affordable, as they offer greater discounts. Compare and contrast!

I'm a woman in my '50s and have a long standing disability. Not a visible one. However, one that has affected me for some time. I went into the Watford branch as I had a gift card from Christmas. My intention was to purchase some treats and in particularΒ makeup. I walked into the Watford branch midweek using my crutches as my condition was active and I couldn't walk properly. It was apparent that I did not had a broken limb that I had a disability. As I walked into the store, I noted that women on the makeup counter and perfume counter visibly turned away as I approached and fussed around the counter. When I have been in the branch previously without a walking aid, the girls will often come up and ask if you need any help or any assistance. Or if they are promoting a perfume, as a woman, they will approach you. I've never had this experience previously and I found it extremely unsettling. The only thing that I could determine from this experience was that the staff are extremely uncomfortable around disability and rather than act normal, they would prefer to turn around and act like I was invisible. The staff need training. I'm not sure if Boots is a disability confident employer and whether they do in fact employ staff with disability. The staff lack confidence to work with disabled customers and I'm shocked at the experience I have had.

Tried phoning about an important prescription. The first time I called, someone obviously picked up by accident when trying to press the silence option because I could hear them occasionally typing and other staff conversations in the background. I tried repeatedly saying hello but was not heard so I eventually had to hang up. Every other time I tried calling it just kept ringing so I guess they werenβt as sloppy with hitting the silence button after that. Awful service.
