   My stayed in what was supposed to be a standard single room, fell far short of expectations. The room (15) was claustrophobic, with barely enough space to move around. The shower was a challenge, with water not draining properly during use, leaving me standing in a pool of water which took a while to drain after the shower. To make matters worse, my room wasn't cleaned after the first night, which was very disappointing. Given the subpar conditions, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of attention to detail and poor maintenance made for an uncomfortable stay. Unless they address these issues, I wouldn't consider staying here again. As for room 15, it needs to be shut down as it is completely overpriced yet underdelivered. No one deserves to be subjected to such an enclosed space in the name of a standard single room. If I could rate a zero, I would.

   In the attic rooms 20-25 roof line very restricted on one side of the bed. (20) Small uncomfortable double bed Thick dust on TV. Breakfast is only serials, toast, fruit, cossantes, blueberries cupcakes. Tea, coffee, fruit juice.

   Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was to much trouble. Room was clean and just what we needed, beds were very comfortable. Will be back.

   This premises has now changed it's name from Heath Lodge to Royal Square,Marsden Green.The last review for Heath Lodge was 11 months ago,before you consider staying here please read the reviews for Royal Square and as the comments say " Avoid at all cost".

   Excellent service. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff was very nice and friendly. Since I visited with family they were able to accommodate our needs and always asked if we needed anything. Will definitely like to stay if in the area again.

   Went to see a gig in the NEC which is a 25min walk. Great location and friendly service from owner. The twin Room is very good and excellent tea making services with bottles of water. Great for getting your head down after the gig. Piping hot Breakfast was amazing with a range of food and coffee. Will definitely use again. Thanks
