Didn’t stay in the room so cannot comment but went for afternoon tea and it was amazing. Really great value for money, friendly service & the best homemade jam I’ve ever tried. Me and my Nan have been to a lot of different places for afternoon tea and this has been one of our favourites!! Will be coming again.

Stayed over after visiting NEC. Arrived early evening. Loads of parking large spaces. Easily parked our campervan. Lovely building lovey decor, felt very welcoming and seemed really clean. Staff were absolutely superb. Really friendly and helpful. Couldn't doo enough for us. Sense of humour and chatty by all of them. Bedrooms and bathrooms immaculate. Really comfy bed. Heating was on, nice and warm. Been to so many recently where we hVe been cold. Restaurant menu was great lovely meals. Good wine selection. The nicest hotel we hVe been in for a long while. We will definitely be back Super A+++++++++

Really nice staff. Relaxing after a long day at the NEC. Bed was comfy in my superior room. Food was good. The only issue was the plumbing. Very difficult to get hot water that doesn’t fry you in seconds ( once it comes through), or freeze you.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a one-night stay at Grimscote Manor Hotel whilst attending a wedding at nearby Blyth Hall in Coleshill. Upon entering the property, I immediately recognised the unique buildings constructed within the grounds - as featured on George Clarke's Channel 4 TV programme! The hotel itself isn't quite as 'unique' but it does have a lovely charm and feel to it - owner Steven's personality is definitely present and in a positive way. We enjoyed a Superior Double room with breakfast and it offered superb value for money at Β£150 (especially when the government take the VAT from the price). Our accommodation was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Given the generous floor area, a larger bed would be welcomed by some guest - but it was just right for ourselves. Even with a fabulous building, convenient location and everything you could need, it's the staff who take care of you who really make a place worth staying at. Georgie on reception was brilliant - professional, helpful and friendly. The team at breakfast did a great job, being welcoming and running a slick, efficient operation. If you are looking for accommodation whilst attending an event at the nearby Belfry golf club, enjoying the second city of Birmingham or just want to treat yourselves to a break, Grimscote Manor Hotel is highly recommended. Thank you very much.

Fantastic venue with first rate food and staff attention to detail. I stayed last Thursday evening with three of my work colleagues and had superb service from everyone after arriving a little late. Rooms were beatifull. I cannot state just how brilliant all the staff were with us and how immaculate the rooms were. Certainly be staying here again as our Head Office is in Bretby and we all live in South Wales. Well done to all the lovely staff. Thank you for a very memorable and enjoyable brief stay Darren, Dean and James x

I used Grimscote Manor Hotel for the first time today for a family occasion. What excellent service we received from all the staff today and Gillian from day one of booking the venue. Nothing was too much trouble and the day went without a hitch. Excellent service.

I stayed for one night as I was going to a show at the NEC the next day. It was perfect, great staff, clean, comfortable, well appointed, little noise, and a very nice breakfast served at 7am on a Saturday. Then a 5-10 minute simple drive to the NEC. Brilliant!

Very attractive public rooms and the bedrooms were very well appointed and clean. Both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.
