   As vet experiences go...which are often daunting and generally not very nice.. My experience at Goddards was unreal. They made me and my dog feel so at ease with what was wrong with my dog and what needed to be done, I didn't feel at all like i was being over charged or that my dog was being over vetted. Everyone was so nice and genuinely caring for my elderly dog and came away feeling so greatful for everything they had done for us. Couldn't recommend Goddards andy more than I do.    A wonderful, clean vetinary practice, full of lovely professional staff. I went to the vets to get my cat (Gremlin) spayed. When I first entered I was greeted by Helen at reception. She is warm and friendly - the exact kind of person that you'd want to greet you in this setting. It turned out that my cat had something that could prevent her from healing well if spayed without treatment first. Liz the vet (another friendly and professional lady) therefore advised that I get her spayed in another two weeks instead. My cat was given a tablet and we left. I was most impressed that the priority for Liz was my cats health and not just getting the operation done. Two weeks later, I met a different Liz, the vetinary nurse, who was also lovely and friendly. She went through the forms with me, explained everything and answered all of my questions. She was very easy to talk to and put me at ease. The vet who would do my cats spaying was called Claire. Yet another lovely lady. Claire also answered some more of my questions, and checked my cat over thoroughly before the procedure. Both ladies were very gentle and reassuring to my cat. I felt very comfortable leaving her there. Upon my return, Liz went through aftercare with me, and I was reunited with my cat. She healed well, and I was left with a great lasting impression of this vetinary practice and all of the staff who work there. (I am aware that I used the word lovely a lot to describe everybody. I just can't stress enough how kind and LOVELY they all were). Thank you all.

   I have never written a google review before. However, I felt compelled to do so because of the exceptional service received by all the staff at Goddard Veterinary in New Addington. This is the first kitten I have had as an adult, and I wanted to give her the best start in life, so I visited 2 vets in my location. I could not believe how I was totally ignored at the first vet I visited. I thought if they could ignore a human, then I didn't know what they would do to my kitten. So I then visited Goddard Veterinary and was so happy how Marie spoke to me and explained everything to me. First impressions really do count! Since then, I registered my kitten, and she has attended there and is now an adult cat. She has been looked after so well. I would like to say a very big thank you to Marie, Liz, Helen, and Paulo for all their hard work and how kind, caring, and professional they have all been. I chose to write this review 22 months after having my first visit in order to give a true perspective of the service I have received so far. I would not hesitate for anyone to choose this vet to look after their pets.

   How are you allowed to book an appointment on line when they aren't even open and get a confirmation text to remind you of your appointment. Took my cat all the way up there and they were closed. Apart from that they are ok.

   Took my cat Lou in to have an in growing claw cut, staff are very welcoming. It's only a small practice which is clean, the claw was sorted very quickly and a couple of others clipped too. Very reasonable price, Lou is back home and seems happy with the sorted out paw.

   Registered my dog for her yearly check up & jabs. Really pleased with the whole experience. The receptionist was very friendly & the Vet was a joy. She was very gentle with a very nervous dog & put us at ease. Took her time with us & was very thorough. Definitely pleased we moved here as our dog is getting on in years & needs to be loved by all.
