   I stayed at Aaron Wise with my family while visiting Cardiff, and we had a fantastic experience! The customer service was excellent – the staff was soo friendly, helpful, and attentive. The cleanliness of the apartment was absolutely amazing; everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location is also perfect, as it’s really close to the city center, which made it super convenient to get around. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

   Left early. Avoid at all costs. After being messed around with them charging us multiple times for the booking, it was already going to be bad. But it was so bad we drove home at 1am rather than spend another night there. No heating in November. No cleaning products (not even hand soap, never mind shampoo!). Many broken items from blinds to bin. Dirty and mouldy with car tree airfreshners to cover the smell. Easy to access, quiet and good location but you couldn't pay me to stay there again.

   Mold on the walls. Mildew in the shower. Super dusty. Dirty carpet. and smelled like smoke in the hall. We felt gross touching anything and honestly uncomfortable to even be breathing. We didn't put anything in the closet because it was so dusty. I went to use the hairdryer which was full of dust in the closet and grabbed the diffuser to attach and it was covered in cobwebs. After washing it, come to find out it didn't even fit the hairdryer. The location is good but it's not worth how uncomfortable we felt inside this place. I'm cringing writing this from even thinking about the place. I think we were mostly upset about how misleading the listing and pictures were. They must have other units that are nicer but use those photos for all of their rooms.

   We paid triple the rate that the room typical charges because we stayed the night of the T Swift concert. That being said, it was worth it for the convenient location to Principality Stadium. Although the room was small (as expected) it was very clean and had all the amenities that a typical room would have. The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have stayed in since my trip began to the UK. I asked for late check out and was denied. However, I’m sure the hotel was full and cleaning needed to be completed. Check in was very easy.

   Should have been far better. On arrival the hall carpets and bedroom carpets were extremely dirty. Spattered in dirt . Very obvious. One evening we found the mattress protector under the clean sheet on the bed to be stained and smelling of urine. We attempted to contact the management team but they did not arrive until the next day. The rest of the apartment was clean and tidy. And a sheet and fan was delivered when requested as the weather was extremely hot. Footnote : Two managers came to see us on leaving. Extremely apologetic and offered us 20 percent reduction on a future stay. I'll leave you to judge if this is sufficient.

   Great long term accomodation for my hospital placement, bus stop right outside. Had everything I needed inc a coffee machine, tv, cutlery, washing machine and dishwasher. Staff were helpful and quick to reply to emails.

   We’re in Cardiff for a stretch because of my husband’s job. Staying with Aaron Wise has been like having a home away from home. The apartment is thoughtfully appointed and maintained. And the management is so warm, responsive and helpful. It makes a huge difference when being so far from home.

   Beautiful photos of the apartment..but nothing like what I got..paid £200 for 2 nights in spacious 2 bedroom apartment, instead we got a cramped bedsit looking place. The damp on the living room walls was disgusting, the draft coming in from under the window in the living room was unbelievable! The sofa was small & uncomfortable (definitely not for 4 ppl as advertised). However the bedroom was lovely, the beds were nice & comfy...we slept like babies...but....there was no bathroom robes as advertised either... Morning time went to use the shower & there was no hot water!!! Rang out of hours number & fair play we had quick assistance.... however he couldn't fix the shower, so we were then moved to a different apartment...only thing is it was a 1 bedroom instead of 2 like we'd paid for.... We had to wait for an hour whilst they got this "apartment" ready, when we entered the bedroom the stench of cigarette smoke was overwhelming!!! It was literally stuck to the walls..by this time my valentine's weekend was ruined....the shower was working, but the toilet roll holder kept falling off whenever it was used due to the screw that was holding it had gone!! The "apartment" was so tiny...it was a huge disappointment for what was advertised.... would never go there again..those "apartments" suit ppl who just need a place to crash & aren't really bothered about standards....but for £200 I expected alot more than what I got

   I stayed at Arron Wise for three consecutive weeks, making use of the same duplex apartment each time. Overall the apartment was spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard. The kitchen was well appointed and the coffee machine a nice touch. The bedroom has small roof window which means the room is brilliantly dark at night (but well lit when needed) and I found the bed firm and comfortable. The bathroom and supplied toiletries were also of an excellent standard. I was also pleased to have been supplied with a robe and slippers. Key-less entry also makes for a fuss-free check-ins/outs and electronic invoicing reduces the need for more 'bits of paper'. Located on a reasonably quiet embankment a short walk to the station, and the view is at it's best when rowers are practicing on the River Taff in the morning. If I need to return to South Wales Arron Wise will be the first place I try to get accommodation - So yes, I'd recommend it!
