They should ask the authorities to patrol or cleanse their area. I was on my way to these hostels in the area late night when a hooded guy in bike went after me. I walked away as fast as I could but he still followed me. He only stopped when I reached the main road, Clare Street. So no business for them, the potential customer was made to run away for safety.
