The pharmacy section in this Boots was good and well stocked, making it easy to find essential items. However, the makeup section was disappointing. There were several empty shelves and noticeable disorganization, which made the area look neglected and difficult to browse. Overall, while the pharmacy side met expectations, the makeup section could definitely use improvement in terms of stock and presentation.

I visited the store this evening to buy cream and shampoo. While at the self-checkout area, I noticed a member of staff who was coughing constantly and appeared to be unwell, possibly with the flu or even Covid. Shockingly, he was not covering his mouth and was coughing openly around the checkout machines. I found this extremely concerning, especially considering Boots is a pharmacy and should be setting higher standards for hygiene and public health. I immediately moved to the far end of the checkout area to avoid exposure. Itβs completely unprofessional and unacceptable to have visibly sick staff working in direct contact with customers, particularly in a healthcare related retail environment. Clearly, management is failing in their responsibility to protect both customers and staff. I wonβt be returning to this location, and I strongly urge Boots to review their health and safety protocols. Very disappointed with my experience at this Boots branch.

I had a terrible experience getting a vaccination at this Boots. The hygiene was shockingβthe room was filthy, the floor covered in dirt and hair, and the keyboard was visibly dirty. The staff member didnβt wash her hands, didnβt disinfect my arm before the injection (I had to ask her, and she had to leave the room to get alcohol wipes), and initially she opened the vaccine box out of my sight and taken all the packaging off, which was very concerning - so I had to ask her to bring a new box and open it in front of me. On top of that, she gave me completely incorrect medical advice. This was my second dose of a three-dose vaccine, and the standard guideline is to take the third dose six months later. She wrongly told me I could take it in three months, only admitting she was wrong after I questioned her. Which is even more worrying Between the poor hygiene and misinformation, I would never get vaccinated here again and wouldnβt recommend it to anyone.

Doesn't matter what mood I'm in- Joseph always makes me smile! Shout out also to Suheil who went above & beyond for me at the pharmacy. A really nice, local store.

Very rude βcustomer serviceβ the gentleman named Joseph at the till is extremely rude. I have purchased La Roche Posay and Cerave skin care products and he blamed me because I mixed and matched wrongly by his opinion as they were discounted product from different brands. He literally shouted saying that he knew better than me as he had been worked there for a while. Awful treatment and experience as a customer which I donβt expect from a shop in Richmond. If I could I would give them less than 1 star.

I went into the store at around 6pm. The security and staff, immediately started viewing me with suspicion (some guy called Inder, an asian woman on security - who was initially watching the world cup on her phone, and a short white woman who seemed to be in charge). I do not know why. Do they get mostly thieves in here, or actual customers? Why do they think customers, who they treat with suspicion, would want to come and shop here? Even when I paid for all my items, and was leaving the store, they treated me as if I was going to steal something on the way out. Horrible way they discriminate against customers. A nasty store, with nasty staff, that I won't ever visit again.

Sprawled over 2 floors, this large Boots store is minutes away from the train station and on the high street. Conveniently located it is quite helpful to pick up things on the go. It also has a large cosmetics section which is also very helpful, especially since the House of Fraser closed down next door. Clean and tidy store with minimal queues.
