    I was asked to get an exit date for my current property, given positive responses regarding progressing my application, led on for several months and then quickly ex-communicated with no information. I had been told when I viewed the property that I would be informed if my application was unsuccessful but this never happened. Absolutely appalling service.

    My daughter rented a property through Rochefort Shugar and I paid the deposit and rent. She has now been out of the property for three months and Rochefort Shugar have still not refunded the deposit. They keep making excuses saying that the person is away / ill / on holiday ... They obviously think that she can't do anything about it and so keep stringing her along. This is a disgrace and I would suggest that you avoid Rochefort Shugar.

    Terrible. I have been trying for a week to get hold of them to see a house. Spoken to someone three times who supposedly passed my information to the person who was dealing with the house but have not heard anything back. Appalling service and I haven't even used them yet. It defies belief how the are even in business with such shocking service.
