also today the lady named Lidia or something like that was extremely rude to me. Like the worst boots to come. I only asked for a new boots card as I’ve lost mine, yet she was so rude and not helping or listening…. Horrible experience. I also didn’t get the card … so do you actually train people? Or you just hire the rudest one?’ Thats the older story: Just witnessed conversation where an elderly lady asked for help to pay at self check out, and consultant didn’t want to help at first, saying “that’s so easy”, and even when she helped her she kept repeating that and being quiet rude. Like that’s the job to help with this things, no? Super sad for that lady. Talked to her after she left the store, she was upset.

I witnessed one of the most appalling displays of behaviour I’ve ever seen in a pharmacy. An elderly gentleman was simply trying to collect his medication, which they didn’t have in stock. Instead of showing any compassion or professionalism, one of the staff members — an Indian lady with glasses wearing a blue shirt — was mocking him and speaking to him in an incredibly rude and dismissive tone. When she supposedly tried calling another pharmacy, she started yelling, “They’re not picking up! They’re not picking up!” in frustration, right in front of him, instead of handling the situation calmly. The poor man looked confused and distressed, and rather than helping him or suggesting an alternative (like issuing a generic prescription, which would have solved the problem), she made things worse with her behaviour. To make matters even worse, this same staff member let someone cut the line right in front of me and was equally rude to me when I pointed it out. The pharmacist wearing a pink sweater stood by silently and didn’t step in once to address her conduct. It is absolutely disgraceful to treat any customer this way, let alone an elderly person clearly struggling with health issues. This level of disrespect, unprofessionalism, and lack of empathy is completely unacceptable — especially in a pharmacy setting where people come for care and support. I truly hope management reads this and takes action to address her behaviour. I will never return to this Boots for any pharmacy needs again. I sincerely hope that gentleman files a formal complaint, because no one deserves to be treated like that.

Glad Boots placed the drinks near the front near tills - great if you are gasping and don't want to pay a fortune elsewhere (90p for small bottle of water).

I came to buy a perfume and nobody had the key to open the cabinets, so without offering me any solution they didn’t sell me the product I wanted, very disappointed!

I have recently bought a lipliner and the package was already sketchy as their other lipliners were not even packed, for hygienic reasons I have chosen this one, the lipliner was broken and more than half of the product was empty. Also rude costumer service, awful. pd I have attached a picture sorry it is blurry as I was opening the lipliner on the bus after the purchase.

Long established usual go to pharmacy and personal product store. This one not too far from Sloane Sq and a few steps away from Peter Jones. Not too well stocked up but perhaps it's store policy to arrange products in a sparsely manner. Affordable prices if they are house brands and sometimes discounted too if bought in a brace

A lady served me at the till, she was so rude I’ve never experienced customer service like this. I went in to pick up a perfume, she completely ignored me. I asked for the perfume and she handed it to me, I had asked her for a YSL bag for the perfume as it was a gift, she said they didn’t have which was fine. She did not give me a bag I had to ask for one. Her whole mannerism was terrible. You should not be working in customer service if you have an attitude. She was a lady wearing a hijab stay away from her at the perfume counter.

It's a Boots store init? Hard to get excited over it. It's reliable, It's got good variety of products and prices. Even though sometimes looking through a dozen ibuprofen products trying to decide what's best for you is an unnecessary choice for consumers.
