“Great service at the Woking branch today. Came in for 2 pairs of children’s shoes that were in the sale. Was told by my daughter they were unavailable to order on line but the staff in the store said they could get them for me for Friday. “This is the Clarks at Westfield mall at Sherped's Bush. Walked in looking for a pair of comfortable walking shoes. Found one on sale but needed the other shoe to the floor display. The sales person was very helpful and detailed oriented. Another associate sent up the other shoe, but my sales person found out it was the same size but different width. I ended up not buying anything this time but will def be back because of the positive experience.”

“Visiting the pharmacy has always been a easy and pleasant experience. Not being used to how the chemist process works, I've always been looked after and walk out with my correct prescription. Not only that, they offer a service to remind me to order my repeats and let me know when they are ready. I today visited the fragrance section and despite there being only a few staff on the floor (it was close to closing) a lovely helping assistant came over and served me. It was nice to be served by a friendly member of staff who genuinely was pleasant. Not something you see nowadays. Overall to this day, I have always had a great experience in Boots. Thank you for looking after me”

“Love this shop and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The biggest downside is the store has no security and they are losing 1000s per day, the shoplifters are literally filling their bags with stock. This not only affects the shop but puts staff and customers at risk when shoplifters are approached, please employ security the cost of a guard in comparison to theft loss is a no drainer.”

“I was suffering from neck pain and exhausted all NHS treatment so I decided to give one last chance to get rid of 2 years of pain. I am a former professional athlete, still regularly training so this pain was really bothering me. I walked into the clinic, Martha treated me with her magic hands and I walked away pain free. It was a true miracle! The pain and stiffness returned after a few days although much less severe, I say 50% as Martha had anticipated. I then saw Martha weekly for a further 4 treatments and the symptoms were getting better and better. After the 5th session, differently from all other physiotherapists I tried in the past, she recommended to wait and see rather than having more treatment. 3 weeks later the pain had totally disappeared and I was still training, so no disruption to my routine. 6 weeks later I am still pain free and I can finally move my neck without any problems, I can read books and watch TV without having to constantly move, stretch and use all sorts of techniques to try and live a normal life. All of this without taking any medication which I am strongly against. As said I have tried many physiotherapists in the past and Martha is surely the best, au pair with the physiotherapist we had in the national rowing team in the 90s. I will surely see Martha again for all my joints' trouble which inevitably will show up with age.”
