   We booked a stay and cruise through Knowle Travel with Cunard's Queen Anne earlier this year. The agency staff were helpful but didn't seem to have any influence with Cunard and when we complained to the latter, Knowle Travel did not respond to us or offer to help. Overall, I couldn't see the point of booking through this agency rather than on line agents, who seem to have some flexibility on commission sharing/price. In summary, Knowle Travel meant well but didn't add much value.
