   I cannot recommend Trailfinders highly enough, especially Anne-Marie at Solihull. The knowledge and expertise of their staff are absolutely unmatched. Anne-Marie immediately understood the exact level of hotels and accommodations we were looking for, and no matter how many different countries we considered, she effortlessly recommended options that fit our brief perfectly. Her ability to suggest a variety of holiday styles—from rail journeys to beach escapes and safaris—was truly remarkable. What stood out most was her incredible patience. Despite us being quite indecisive about the destination and type of holiday, she remained warm, understanding, and endlessly supportive throughout. Even though we haven’t gone on our honeymoon yet, the outstanding service we received has prompted me to write this review immediately. I am confident that our trip will exceed expectations thanks to her meticulous planning. I will unquestionably turn to Trailfinders for all future travel plans, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking extraordinary travel expertise and customer care.

   If you want to have a stress free holiday in far flung places use Trailfinders. We have just returned from NZ and cannot praise our consultant Luke Snell enough. From start to finish they couldn't have done more for us. Their app is amazing.

   Edit - Reece from the branch called me to see if he could help. I went into the branch and he spent quite some time answeing my questions and running through everything I had been struggling with. He has really put my mind at rest now and I'm feeling much happier that I have everything sorted for my trip. Thank you Reece. I spent a fortune (for me) booking flights through Trailfinders and bit by bit I'm discovering things I hadn't been told at the time if booking. I finally got through on the phone to ask for help. The lady said uf I went in to the store they'd print the stuff I needed and help me out. They didn't and now I'm really stressing that there's stuff I've missed and I won't find out tillI get to the airport. The woman in the shop wouldn't help me. They are just a reseller apparently. Now I'm really worried and not at all relaxed or looking forward to my trip.

   Myself and my partner had planned to do a big travel trip 2 years back but obviously COVID put a stop to that - We were reluctant to use another travel agents as our previous travel company went into liquidation due to COVID so had to practically fight to get our money back. When we went into travelfinders initially to get a quote for our plans, they instantly put us at ease. We booked a complex itinerary with travel consultant Kelly who has been so lovely kind and patient throughout the process - she sat with us for a good 2 hours booking all of our flights and helping us decide how long to spend in each destination! When we booked all of our flights we also booked a G adventures tour through Trailfinders which should have started in June. We then found out that annoyingly, G adventures cancelled all their June tours. I went into the Solihull branch where I asked another travel consultant to change the date of the tour to the one in July (It is a nightmare to get through to someone on the phone at Trailfinders as their phone line is always busy and after being put on hold for over an hour I had to go into the branch). However, around 2 weeks before starting the tour whilst we were travelling, we then had an email from the branch to say a mistake has been made and they had never rebooked us onto the tour despite the fact I had confirmation from them to say they had definitely booked us on! I asked to speak to a manager to get this resolved as we had planned our trip around this 30day tour around SE Asia. To cut along story short, Rhys - a manager from the Solihull branch has been absolutely fantastic. We were unable to be booked onto the initial tour as it was fully booked and so was very tricky to find a similar tour in our time frame. He has bent over backwards trying to come up with a solution and we couldn't thank him enough. We understand mistakes happen and although it has been a really stressful and disheartening time for me and my partner as we didn't really know what we were going to do, Rhys has been there every step of the way - he has called us when he said he would, replied to our emails promptly and has restored our faith and trust in trailfinders ❤️
