Never have I ever had such rude service from a pharmacist. Rudely cut me off mid conversation, and her tone was awful. Didn’t get her name, but the call took place today 22 July. Absolutely disgusting behaviour which was very unacceptable and unnecessary.

Great service today from Fazila. I had a problem with my prescription and she went out of her way to correct it. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Boots. I specifically chose to order from them because their website promised next-day collection if I ordered before a certain time. However, despite placing my order within the specified timeframe, my item was not available for collection the next day, nor the day after. When I visited the store twice, I was told conflicting information - the website indicated my order was ready for collection, yet the staff informed me it hadn't been delivered. Even contacting Boots customer service provided no resolution. It's unacceptable to promise next-day collection and then fail to deliver on that promise. This misinformation not only wasted my time but also caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. Additionally, the lack of assistance from customer service only compounded the issue. I urge others to reconsider ordering from Boots until they can fulfill their delivery promises and improve their customer service.

Not happy with Boots. Customer service is poor. Prescription service is awful. Opticians service is not exceptional and hearing test side is terrible. If I write to them it falls on deaf ears.
The guy behind for the prescription medicine is just a joker and taking his time . Just disappointed with the service The woman in the pharmacy looks at me to tell me sorry for half an hour waiting.
Very rude staff who clearly aren’t very knowledgeable. Saw a member of staff be very short with a woman in front of me, and then refused to sell a non-prescription needle pick up to me and dismissed me within 3 seconds. Luckily the pharmacy next door were able to get it to me with minimal stress, but if you want to have some actual customer service from pharmacists who keep organised stock, I’d look elsewhere.
