   Compare to the last pharmacy that was in the centre of Dunchurch which was woeful cues all the time medication Prescription wrong but now it’s like night and day between the two service is excellent now staff are very pleasant. You get a text within two days of ordering a prescription, the turnaround is so quick no stress no queueing brilliant thank you For your service outstanding

   I changed having my repeat prescriptions sent to this pharmacy after the previous one which is closer to me started making mistakes and we had to queue for over an hour. Dunchurch pharmacy is a breathe of fresh air always efficient I get notifications when my prescription is ready and no long waits. I highly recommend

   Since this pharmacy changed owners, the service is now amazing. The difference between these new owners and previous owners is like night and day. I cannot praise them highly enough and have never experienced such a quick turnaround of prescriptions.....thank you so much

   The place seems to have gone through a transformation,having been woeful for many years it’s changed.New staff are polite and helpful.I believe that certain stocks are still scarce but this can’t be blamed on the staff.I was pleasantly surprised when I went in here this week.Credit where it’s due.

   Missing items on prescriptions, staff who don't care or apologise for getting things wrong. They need to have a general manager who is fulltime there rather than transient locums that pass through and change every few weeks. It used to be brilliant but now is quite frankly dangerous.

   So 0 stars is not an option unfortunately. I don’t believe I have ever left a public review of a service or good but today, I have felt an overwhelming compulsion to do so, due to disgraceful customer service from the old vile troll that was working there today around 4 o’clock (17/12/20). This woman clearly did not want to be there, did not want to do her job and simply created a bad atmosphere for everyone in the pharmacy. She was rude, very short and completely unappealing to have to do deal with in any manner, and I am pretty sure she lied about a prescription not being there (despite multiple phone calls beforehand to confirm that it was). After relaying this information to the individual whom I was picking up a prescription for, she immediately knew exactly who I was referring to. This person/ troll should not be in a customer facing role. Many thanks and good day

   This review is solely about them being a DPD drop off / pick up point. I have recently been caused an immense amount of inconvenience by this business refusing to accept a larger parcel. When they were questioned about this they said that they "only have one small shelf" for DPD goods. Fine as a pharmacy, awful as a DPD pick up point!!
