   Never been to a worse pharmacy. For the last week I have been trying to get my prescription I need for my pregnancy and they haven't been open. Thought I would save the trip today to see if they was open and rang them instead to be told that there is no pharmacist in there to be able to sign off on my prescriptions!! I will not be using this one again!! Absolutely awful service!! Should have an option for 0 stars as that's what they deserve!!

   Why the Jhoots franchise aren't doing anything about this poorly run chemist, I have no idea! This chemist is affecting the reputation of all the other pharmacies under the Jhoots franchise...the Jhoots in Riley Square is absolutely amazing compared to this poor excuse for a chemist in Torcross avenue. The staff should be ashamed of themselves. Like other reviews, I have gone down at various times of the day over the last week or so to discover the doors are locked or the shutters are down because they have no chemist. They have put a handwritten note on the door saying to go to the Riley Square chemist who has no affliation because, although they operate under the Jhoots franchise, they are not in any way shape or form linked and the chemist in Riley Square is having to deal with disgruntled patients through no fault of their own because this chemist has dumped the onus on Riley Square. Absolutely shoddy way to behave - do not use this chemist in Torcross Ave if you can avoid it!

   Been locked up with shutters down my last 3 visits. All during normal opening times. Even when open rarely is the pharmacist on site, or a prescription available.

   Would give it 0 stars if I could. Shouldn't even be a pharmacy. I've been there on 2 separate occasions to turn up and the shutters have been closed, there are people inside, they have come out telling me the pharmacist isn't there (never actually there anymore I don't think), and refused to give me my medication even though it was ready. They never answer the phone either. Absolutely ridiculous, they always tell me to go back at different times of the day, I have 2 young children, I do not have the time to be running around all day chasing the medication that I need. Won't be going to the pharmacy again, is more hassle than good

   I handed my prescription to the person working behind the counter who advised they did not have the tablets to fulfil the order, I was advised that these would be here the following day and to expect a telephone call to confirm. Never received the call so had to chase myself to be told they still did not have the prescription. I week later of me calling I have now picked up the prescription but was not offered an apology. Terrible service and won't be using the chemist there again.

   Worst pharmacy in Coventry. Staff very rude. Have no clue how to deal with customers. They don’t communicate with each other. Had a staff member hang up on me today because I wanted to collect a prescription at half 12. Was told it was there. Get there at half 4 to be told it’s not, then when I said I phoned earlier and was told it was, said let me check and low and behind it was. Just a real poor excuse for customer service. Will be the last time I use them even though there less than 30 seconds round corner. I won’t even go into them hiking there prices up during the pandemic to capitalise and profit in a state of misery.

   Absolute horrific!!! I have never ever dealt with such a poor pharmacy. They arent aware of simple things absolute disgusting!!! They certainly do not deserve a 1 star!! I have actually changed my pharmacy because they are that bad. Each time Ive had any medicine its always a wait for the next day however the GP has specifically told me that this should be readily available. Guess what not with this pharmacy it isnt!!! Customer service is another issue. This pharmacy should definitely be closed down!!!!!!!
